聚氨酯保溫板生產(chǎn)線

　　聚氨酯保溫板生產(chǎn)線主要包括壓型機(jī)、發(fā)泡機(jī)、層壓機(jī)三個部分。在生產(chǎn)時(shí)，鋼卷展開進(jìn)入壓型機(jī)壓型后切斷，人工擺放使底板+上板+四廈層壓機(jī)構(gòu)成一個封閉體，再通過車頂機(jī)構(gòu)壓緊，然后PU發(fā)泡機(jī)注入成型。在對兩塊板進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場發(fā)泡注入、并且固化的同時(shí)，對另外兩塊板進(jìn)行裝卸，故世進(jìn)二出。
  
    層壓機(jī)包括雙帶機(jī)液壓控制系統(tǒng)和車頂小組，每種版型配送4套鋁材封邊塊（配合上下墻板形成密封空間，根據(jù)不同的板型制造加工）；熱空氣的溫系統(tǒng)可以加快PU泡沫凝固和熟化時(shí)間，成型效果更好。
    非連續(xù)型聚氨酯夾芯板層壓機(jī)普通的為6米，zui長的可以做到1 2米。每天（8小時(shí)）的產(chǎn)量在300平米左右。鋼板寬度為：800-1200mn，復(fù)合板的厚度50 - 250mm板厚?？偣β剩捍蠹s220千瓦
