污泥脫水機(jī)（轉(zhuǎn)鼓脫水機(jī)）工藝流程
1. 重力脫水區(qū)：物料進(jìn)入料箱，經(jīng)過(guò)料箱的折流除砂后均勻的布在重力脫水區(qū)的網(wǎng)帶上，依靠重力的作用，脫出介質(zhì)中的游離水。
2. 楔形脫水區(qū)：物料進(jìn)入楔形脫水區(qū)后，經(jīng)過(guò)該段輕微的擠壓脫水，使介質(zhì)的流動(dòng)性*喪失，從而保證物料進(jìn)入回旋脫水區(qū)是不會(huì)被壓潰，重力脫水區(qū)及楔形脫水區(qū)的網(wǎng)帶依靠脫水板或?qū)ЬW(wǎng)輥支撐。通過(guò)該區(qū)段時(shí)兩側(cè)用封漿器防止?jié){料的流失。
3. 回旋脫水區(qū)：該區(qū)段主要依靠上下網(wǎng)帶重合，中間夾住介質(zhì)，通過(guò)網(wǎng)帶的張力和網(wǎng)帶繞回輥產(chǎn)生的擠壓力，擠出水分。
4. 壓榨脫水區(qū)：該區(qū)段采用對(duì)輥偏心擠壓的方法，使局部產(chǎn)生高壓，從而提高介質(zhì)濃度，完成固液分離。加壓方式一般為氣動(dòng)加壓。

污泥脫水機(jī)*
