CQL型泥漿型磁力泵

一、概述

I. Overview

CQL型磁力泵是我公司針對(duì)含有一定固體顆粒和易氣化介質(zhì)而研制開發(fā)的一種新型立式單級(jí)單吸泥漿型磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵，該型泵具有全密封、無(wú)泄漏、無(wú)污染、抗磨損、耐腐蝕能力強(qiáng)、安全可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，適用于含有雜質(zhì)顆粒、易氣化、具有腐蝕性、易燃易爆及有毒介質(zhì)的輸送，可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油化工、精細(xì)化工、冶金、電力等行業(yè)。

CQL magnetic driven pump is a new type of vertical single-stage single-suction sludge type magnetic driven centrifugal pump developed by our company specifically for medium containing certain solid particles and medium liable to gasification. This pump features in full-enclosure, non-leakage, non-pollution, strong wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, safety and reliability, and long life. It is applicable for conveying medium which is containing impurity particles, liable to gasification, corrosive, flammable and explosive, or toxic, and widely used in such fields as petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry, metallurgy, and electric power, etc.

CQL型泵通過(guò)內(nèi)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行耦合傳動(dòng)，外磁轉(zhuǎn)子與電機(jī)直聯(lián)，隔離套將內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子密封在泵腔內(nèi)，實(shí)現(xiàn)磁力密封，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)全密封。

CQL pump achieves the coupling transmission through the inner and outer magnetic rotors, outer magnetic rotor directly connected with the motor, the isolation sleeve sealing the internal magnetic rotor in the pump cavity, thus realizing the magnetic seal, and the full enclosure in the end as well.

該型泵從根本上解決了磁力泵輸送含固體顆粒的問(wèn)題，適于輸送固體顆粒濃度不超過(guò)30%的液體，是一種典型的可輸送含固體顆粒物的磁力泵。

This pump has fundamentally solved the problem of the magnetic driven pump conveying medium containing solid particles, suitable for conveying liquid with solid particle concentration no more than 30%, and it is a typical magnetic driven pump able to conveying medium containing solid particles.

四、結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明
IV. Description of structure

CQL型泵是一種立式結(jié)構(gòu)泵，泵由底座、泵體、泵蓋，軸承體、支架、葉輪、軸、滑動(dòng)軸承組件、循環(huán)葉輪、支架和磁驅(qū)部件等零部件組成。泵最下端是底座，底座上面是泵體，泵進(jìn)口位于泵體下側(cè)，泵出口在泵體的另一側(cè)。葉輪安裝在泵軸下端，由葉輪螺母固定。磁驅(qū)部件外磁轉(zhuǎn)子安裝于電機(jī)軸上，內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子安裝于泵軸的上端。

CQL pump is a vertical pump, composed of the pump base, pump body, pump cover, bearing body, bracket, impeller, shaft, sliding bearing components, circulation impeller, bracket and the magnetic drive components. Pump base is located at the bottom, the pump body above the base, the pump inlet at the lower position of the pump body, and the pump outlet on the other side. The impeller is mounted at the lower end of pump shaft, and fixed by the impeller nuts. The outer magnetic rotor of the magnetic drive components is mounted on the motor shaft, and the inner magnetic rotor on the top of the pump shaft.

CQL型泵有多種結(jié)構(gòu)形式，根據(jù)含固量的不同，可采用水力旋液分離技術(shù)、氣體阻隔密封、磁力密封與機(jī)械密封組合結(jié)構(gòu)等。

CQL pump is of a variety of structural forms; depending on the different solid contents, the hydraulic liquid separation technology, gases trap seal, magnetic seal and mechanic seal combination structure, etc. can be applied.

在泵腔內(nèi)可利用水力旋液分離技術(shù)，將固體顆粒分離，以防止或減輕固體顆粒物對(duì)隔離套、軸承和磁轉(zhuǎn)子的損壞，使泵能夠在含固體顆粒的介質(zhì)中正常運(yùn)行。

In the pump cavity, the hydraulic liquid cyolonic separation technology can be applied for separating the solid particles, in order to prevent or reduce the damage incurred by solid particles upon isolation sleeve, bearing and magnetic rotor, so that the pump can run normally in the medium containing solid particles.

對(duì)固體顆粒濃度高的物料輸送，CQL型泵也可采用組合密封結(jié)構(gòu)，在磁力密封基礎(chǔ)上增加氣體阻隔密封或者機(jī)械密封，并輔以動(dòng)力密封設(shè)計(jì)，防止介質(zhì)對(duì)軸承以及磁轉(zhuǎn)子造成腐蝕和磨損。

To convey material with high concentrations of solids, CQL pump can also adopt the combination sealing structure; on the basis of the magnetic seal, add the gas trap seal or mechanical seal, which is supplemented by dynamic seal design, so as to prevent the medium corrosion and wear on bearings and magnetic rotor.

該型泵的結(jié)構(gòu)有以下特點(diǎn)：

The pump structure has the following features:

1.立式、磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)，軸向吸入，徑向排出，占地面積小。

1. The pump is of vertical structure, magnetic drive, axial suction, radial discharge, and small covering area.

2.通過(guò)磁性聯(lián)軸器驅(qū)動(dòng)，運(yùn)行安全可靠。

2. It is driven by the magnetic coupling drive, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

3.軸向力由副葉片平衡，殘余軸向力由滑動(dòng)軸承組件的推力片承受。除平衡軸向力之外，副葉片還可以降低顆粒物對(duì)葉輪背面以及泵蓋的磨損，使運(yùn)行更為可靠。

3. The axial force is balanced by back blades and the residual axial force is on the thrust blades of the sliding bearing component. In addition to balancing the axial force, the back blades can also reduce the wear incurred by particles upon impeller back and the pump cover, and make the operation more reliable.

4.優(yōu)化的葉輪水力設(shè)計(jì)，葉輪適用于含雜質(zhì)、含固體顆粒的物料輸送。

4. The optimized impeller hydraulic design makes the impeller is suitable for conveying material containing impurities and solid particles.

5、葉輪水力設(shè)計(jì)配套動(dòng)力密封運(yùn)行，把物料氣相引入到葉輪背部，氣相平衡防止了汽蝕破壞，讓整個(gè)泵組件在邊界條件下都是安全的。

5. In the impeller hydraulic design complete with the dynamic sealing, the material gas is introduced into the back of the impeller, where the gas phase balance has prevented the cavitation damage, so that the whole pump components under the boundary conditions are safe.

6.采用自潤(rùn)滑結(jié)構(gòu)，潤(rùn)滑簡(jiǎn)單可靠。

6. The structure of self-lubricating is applied, in which the lubrication is simple and reliable.

7、隔離套材料的合理選用消除了磁渦流損失，磁傳動(dòng)效率高。

7. The reasonable selection of isolation sleeve materials has eliminated magnetic eddy current loss, and increased the magnetic transmission efficiency.

8.泵入口處于系統(tǒng)的位，能夠方便迅速的排除泵內(nèi)積液。

8. Pump inlet is located at the lowest level in the system, so that fluid inside the pump can be discharged in a convenient and quick manner.

9.立式結(jié)構(gòu)，有利于排氣，適宜對(duì)泵腔進(jìn)行清洗、吹掃處理。

10.泵及電機(jī)由底座支撐，底座用地腳螺栓固定在地面，整體結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單可靠，安裝檢修方便。

10. The pump and motor is supported by the base, and the base is fixed on the ground, so the overall structure is simple and reliable, facilitating installation and maintenance.

11、對(duì)于氣體阻隔密封的泵，為了使密封氣體壓力和流量能有效地控制在合理的范圍內(nèi)，泵需配帶氣體穩(wěn)壓控制儀表，將減壓閥、壓力開關(guān)、流量計(jì)、壓力表及單向閥等儀表集于一體，簡(jiǎn)單方便而快捷的對(duì)密封氣體進(jìn)行有效控制。

11. For the gas seal pump, in order to make the seal gas pressure and flow rate effectively controlled in a reasonable range, the pump should be installed with gas regulator control instrument, and the pressure reducing valve, pressure switch, flow meter, pressure gauge and check valve are integrated, achieving the effective control on the seal gas in a simple and convenient and fast way.
