This typeof pump is suitable for conveying inflammable and explosive media that can beeasily vaporized, and medium containing 20% gas; the special structure can beused in application with fairly low NPSH. This typeof pump has excellent gas-liquid mixing function and liquid-liquid mixing andagitating function, and can homogeneously mix high molecular compounds withother liquid difficult to mix, solving problems that cannot be solved bymixers. Inpetroleum refining, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and complete set powerequipment manufacturing sectors, magnetic driven vortex pumps are extensivelyused in process flows such as liquid conveying, circulation, mini-flowboosting, high pressure flushing and emulsifying, and high pressure atomizing.
結(jié)構(gòu)說明Description of structure
1.有單級(jí)旋渦泵、多級(jí)旋渦泵、離心旋渦泵、自吸旋渦泵等多種結(jié)構(gòu)。
2.體積小巧、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、占地面積小、易操作易維護(hù)性、低能耗。
3.適于小流量高壓力用途，在離心泵難以發(fā)揮作用的小流量范圍可以保持穩(wěn)定的性能，與柱塞泵、隔膜泵等容積泵相比運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)噪音低，無脈動(dòng)，振動(dòng)小，供液性能穩(wěn)定。
4.自平衡葉輪，無軸向載荷，葉輪與泵體泵蓋之間依靠合理的間隙控制，確保長期穩(wěn)定的性能和可靠性。
5.適于輸送不含固體顆粒，粘度不大于37.4cst的液體。
6.可輸送易揮發(fā)的液體，如汽油、酒精、甲醇等。
7.CWF型非金屬磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)旋渦泵可輸送強(qiáng)腐蝕性液體。
8.適于低汽蝕余量工況、氣液混輸?shù)墓r，加壓混合乳化攪拌的工況。
9.可用于正反轉(zhuǎn)兼用的泵。
