工作原理及構造：
1. 污泥在進入轉鼓濃縮帶式脫水一體化設備之前，通過絮凝劑制備投加系統(tǒng)將高分子絮凝劑打入混合反應槽中。
2．在混合反應槽中，污泥與高分子絮凝劑經攪拌充分混合，污泥由微細顆粒迅速凝聚成大顆粒，并形成網狀結構的大團絮凝體，然后進入緩慢旋轉的預脫水轉鼓中。在污泥被特殊裝置運輸到轉鼓末端的過程中，大部分游離水通過濾布得以釋放，達到濃縮效果，出水由過濾槽收集而與固體污泥分離。
3．經過預脫水的污泥由斜板滑到帶式壓濾機的上部濾帶上，然后傳輸到下部濾帶。在上、下濾帶之間，由于逐步增壓和剪切力的作用使污泥進一步脫水后排出。
4. 污泥的產量和干度可由無極變速裝置控制，清洗水用量可由液位控制系統(tǒng)調節(jié)。
Working principles and the structure :
