DTRO is short for dish type reverse osmosis. The core of dish type reverse osmosis system is dish type membrane column. DTRO membrane column is specially designed for high concentration water source with open channel, which is suitable for all kinds of water source. The special structure and hydraulics of the DTRO components make the membrane pack easy to clean and avoid fouling and other membrane fouling.

1) Due to the special hydrodynamic design of DTRO membrane group, it is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with high turbidity and high sａnd coefficient. For a general roll-type reverse osmosis system, the sludge concentration index (SDI) and sａnd content coefficient of the wastewater entering the membrane group cannot exceed 3. The special structure and hydraulics of the DTRO make the membrane set easy to clean and avoid fouling and other membrane fouling, thus extending the membrane life. Diaphragm life for DTRO can be up to 3-5 years or more, which is not possible for conventional roll-type reverse osmosis systems.

3) DTRO processing system is simple in installation and maintenance, convenient in operation and high in automation. Because the pipes and spare parts used in DTRO system are mostly standard parts, it is convenient to install and maintain.

First-class automated operating system: whether the vitality of a system can last for a long time is inseparable from the advantages and disadvantages of its operation management mode. The system is very sensitive to the operating pressure, medium conductivity, pH value, pressure difference and other technical indicators, good operating system and management mode will make the diaphragm service life extended, reduce the operating cost.
