Bag filter is a multi-purpose filter equipment with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, closed operation and strong applicability. Bag filter is a new type of filtration system. The inner of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket, and the liquid flows in from the inlet, then flows out from the outlet after the filter bag is filtered. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag, and the filter bag can be replaced for further use.
因此請嚴格按以下順序操作：
1）閉輸入閥；出口處有壓力時，關閉輸出閥。
2）確認排氣閥所接管道已被接到安全處或吸料口后（在過濾有毒有腐蝕液體時尤須注意），再打開排氣閥，防止液體對工作人員及周圍環(huán)境造成傷害和污染。
3）檢查壓力表，確定內部壓力為0，此時袋式過濾機應已與管道系統(tǒng)分開。
4）有排泄閥的，確認排泄液接到回收處，打開排泄閥；待袋式過濾機中的剩留液體經排泄閥流盡，關閉排泄閥。此排放工作可配合加壓方式完成（請參考加壓排放過程）。
5）擰開上蓋吊帽，提起上蓋，多袋濾機需轉過一定角度。
三、更換濾袋
1）高效過濾袋是以精細的纖維所制成，這些材料的親水性都較弱。纖維的表面不會被水弄濕，所以如其它使用同樣材料的濾芯一樣，在使用前，都要用另一些表面張力較低的液體將它濕潤。安裝前，您一定要將濾袋浸入與過濾液體匹配的預濕液中幾分鐘。
2）確打開袋式過濾機上蓋。
3）將上蓋放穩(wěn)，將濾袋小心取出。
4）放入新的濾袋，請參考安裝過程。
四、監(jiān)控過濾質量
在液體輸入壓力穩(wěn)定的情況下，過濾質量與濾袋內的壓力差密切相關，如果壓差太大，說明濾袋的過濾孔徑已堵塞，過濾速度下降。因此，我們建議當袋過濾機開始工作后，應定期檢查壓差，通過前后壓力表所顯示的壓差來決定更換濾袋的時間，一般濾袋能承受壓力為0.5-1Kg/cm2（0.05-0.1Mpa）左右，當壓差達到這一區(qū)間時，應及時更換濾袋以避免濾袋破裂，影響過濾效果。
如果壓差突然下降，應立即停止過濾，并檢查是否發(fā)生泄漏。
五、加壓排放剩液
在過濾高粘度液體時，可以由排氣閥通入壓縮空氣，加速剩液排放，縮短等待時間。其裝置如圖所示。請注意：用作加壓排放的空氣一定要穩(wěn)定，壓力不要超過過濾機工作壓力。
操作步驟如下：
1）關閉輸入閥門。
2）打開進氣閥。
3）氣體引入袋式過濾機，加壓排盡剩液。
4）檢查出口壓力表，確認表壓與壓縮空氣壓力相等；確認出口無液體流出。
5）關閉進氣閥。
6）慢慢打開排氣閥；排氣閥的出口有殘液噴出，必須將其引到安全處或濾機吸料口。
7）壓縮空氣排盡后，關閉排氣閥。此時濾機內部應無壓力，可以開蓋。
六、清洗袋式過濾機
上海潤和袋式過濾機如繼續(xù)過濾同一種液體，則無須清洗。但如果過濾其它種類的液體，則需清洗機器后方可使用。
七、Ο型密封圈的保養(yǎng)及更換
保養(yǎng)：使用時Ο型密封圈要對準Ο型槽放入，避免不當?shù)臄D壓致使Ο型密封圈變形；不過濾時，Ο型密封圈必須取出擦拭干凈，否則殘液凝固后附著在其表面，導致硬化，密封性變差。
更換：若Ο型密封圈已老化或破損，請及時更換。更換時應選擇相同型號的Ο型密封圈。
特別聲明：
1、正常使用情況下，過濾機及支撐網(wǎng)質保一年，如由于使用不當造成損壞的不在質保范圍。
2、標準袋式過濾機大設計壓力為1.0Mpa，*大工作壓力為0.5Mpa特殊規(guī)格除外。
3、袋式夾套過濾機夾套內大設計壓力為1.0Mpa，大推其薦工作壓力為0.6Mpa。
4、多袋式過濾機設計壓力為1.0Mpa，大*工作壓力為0.6Mpa。 [1]

5、 一手握住上蓋把手，一手抓住上蓋的另一端（多袋濾機轉動頂端手輪）
6、 上蓋對準后，同時擰緊對角的兩個吊帽，將所有吊帽一一擰緊（用短棍插入吊環(huán)內絞緊）。
7、 關閉安裝在袋式過濾機頂部的排氣閥。
8、 請檢查各連接管子道是否牢固；工作壓力是否在允許范圍內。
9、 打開輸出閥門。打開熱源進入閥，是濾機溫度升到溫度。
10、漫漫地打開輸入閥門，讓液體緩緩流入并充滿濾機，防止液體突然沖擊濾袋，造成破裂，然后觀察有無泄漏。若未出現(xiàn)泄漏，即可開始過濾。
Installation of Zhejiang Shuangqing Valve Bag Filter
安裝時，請按以下步驟作業(yè)：

1、 將袋式過濾機放置在需過濾的工位上，連接進出口法蘭或管牙后，加以固定；悶堵排氣口，或配置排氣閥。夾套型連接保溫熱源。
1. Place the bag filter on the filter position, connect the flange of the inlet and outlet or the pipe teeth, and fix it; Block the exhaust port, or configure the exhaust valve. The jacket type connects the heat preservation source.
2、 將金屬內網(wǎng)輕輕放入袋式過濾機中，使內網(wǎng)領口與袋式過濾機口吻合。

3、 放置濾袋，使濾袋環(huán)口和金屬內網(wǎng)領口吻合。

4、 將Ο型密封圈放入Ο型槽，Ο型密封圈不能扭曲或變形，多袋濾機扣上濾袋壓環(huán)。
