?進口斜面球閥描述--

RETZ斜面球閥采用楔式上裝型，其球體上施加一壓縮彈簧，壓縮彈簧的作用是在球體上施加預緊力，使閥座密封面在任何情況下都緊密接觸，密封性能好。閥座與閥體接觸面的楔角為 10°，閥座能夠自鎖，當閥座受到較大的壓力時，閥座不會產(chǎn)生任何位移。故這種結構的閥門既有閘閥的特點又有球閥的優(yōu)點

RETZ inclined ball valve adopts a wedge type upper type, and a compression spring is applied on the ball. The effect of the compression spring is to apply the pretightening force on the ball, so that the sealing surface of the seat is in close contact in any case and the sealing performance is good. The wedge angle of the valve seat and the valve body is 10 degrees, the valve seat can be self locked, and the valve seat will not generate any displacement when the valve seat is under great pressure. Therefore, the structure of the valve has both the characteristics of the gate valve and the advantages of the ball valve.

?進口斜面球閥結構特點--

1.上裝式球閥在管線上拆卸簡單迅速，維修方便快捷。當閥門在管線上出現(xiàn)故障需要修理時，不必從管線上拆卸閥門，只須拆掉中法蘭螺栓和螺母，將閥蓋和閥桿組合件一起從閥體中取下來，然后取出球體和閥座組合件。即可在線修理球體和閥座。這種維修節(jié)省了時間，將生產(chǎn)中的損失降到低點。

2.*的結構密封更加可靠斜面球閥又稱“楔式球閥”，采用整體上裝式新型結構。兩閥座密封面設計成楔形兩斜面，球體上部有一彈簧。在彈簧力的作用下，閥座密封面與球體緊密貼合，形成可靠的密封。

3.閥桿凸肩結構即可防脫又保證了上密封性能閥桿下端設有凸肩，可在閥體內(nèi)壓異常升高時，防止閥桿脫出。在彈簧及介質(zhì)力的作用下，閥桿凸肩壓緊墊片，形成上密封效果。

4.*的防火、防靜電結構在球體與閥座之間設置有防火金屬環(huán)。在意外火災閥座燒損后，金屬環(huán)壓在球體上起到密封作用。確保系統(tǒng)的安全，防止重大事故發(fā)生。球體上部的予緊彈簧可將球體與閥座摩擦產(chǎn)生的靜電，經(jīng)導線導入地下。防止因靜電產(chǎn)生的火花點燃易燃易爆介質(zhì)，保證系統(tǒng)的安全。
