耐漏電起痕電痕化指數(shù)儀裝置是按IEC60695、GB4207/IEC60112等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的檢測(cè)儀器。適用于固體絕緣材料在潮濕條件下相比漏電起痕指數(shù)和耐漏電起痕指數(shù)的測(cè)定，具有簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、可靠、實(shí)用等特點(diǎn)。

使用范圍

測(cè)量在電壓zui高達(dá)600V時(shí)固體電氣絕緣材料在電場(chǎng)作用下表面暴露于含雜質(zhì)的水時(shí)的相對(duì)耐電痕化性能。當(dāng)將電壓施加到放在材料表面上規(guī)定 的電極裝置之間，且電解液以規(guī)定的時(shí)間間隔滴到兩電極之間時(shí)，在此試驗(yàn)情況下可能產(chǎn)生電痕化。引起材料破壞所必需的液滴數(shù)隨著施加電壓的減小而增加，且在低于某一限值時(shí)，不發(fā)生電痕化。當(dāng)材料在zui高試驗(yàn)電壓下也未電痕時(shí)，可以有不同程度的腐蝕，且腐蝕深度能測(cè)出。某些材料能在試驗(yàn)時(shí)燃燒。
