◆產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Product features
該滾筒式拋丸清理機(jī)是利用高速回轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪將彈丸拋向滾筒內(nèi)連續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)的工件上,從而達(dá)到清理工件的目的,屬于鑄造機(jī)械范圍。它適用于各行業(yè)中的15公斤以下的鑄鍛件的清砂、除銹、去氧化皮和表面強(qiáng)化。由于本機(jī)帶有的集塵裝置,故安裝地點(diǎn)不受車間通風(fēng)管路的限制,且衛(wèi)生條件好,本機(jī)設(shè)有自動(dòng)停機(jī)裝置,操作簡(jiǎn)便。
The cylinder shot cleaning machine uses high-speed rotary impeller projectile into the roller continuous turn over on the inside, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning up the workpiece, belong to casting machinery range. It is suitable for various industries of 15 kg of the castings and forgings rust-removing, derusting, to oxide skin and surface strengthening. Because the machine with a unique dust collection device, the installation site from workshop, and the limitation of the ventilation pipe health condition is good, the machine has automatic stop device, easy operation.
