指導說明書：ICAM-1(CD54)，細胞間粘附分子1。ICAM-1是一種糖蛋白質，分子量85-110KDa。結合LFA-1和Mac-1，參與細胞的粘附。ICAM-1在白細胞，上皮細胞和非生長狀態(tài)內皮細胞僅有微弱表達，但受IFN，TNF-a,IL-1β和LPS的刺激而增加。可溶性ICAM-1以生物活性形式出現在血清中，可能是從細胞表面酶切下來的產物。
