一、簡支梁沖擊試驗機-微機主要適用范圍及功能

適用于機械，冶金，大專院校，科研院所等各領域用來測定對塑料、尼龍、橡膠、玻璃鋼、復合塑料管材、電氣絕緣材料等非金屬材料的沖擊韌性值和檢驗材料的抗沖擊能力。

該機采用德國西門子PLC進行控制，通過高精度光學編碼器進行仰角數(shù)據(jù)采集，利用上位機軟件進行參數(shù)設置和數(shù)據(jù)顯示，自動對不同的錘頭進行摩擦損耗校準和計算并保存數(shù)值，自動計算沖擊強度并可以對沖擊強度進行數(shù)據(jù)打印。通過電動釋放錘頭，具有操作使用方便，安全可靠，數(shù)據(jù)精度高等優(yōu)點。
