一、主要適用范圍及功能
適用于機(jī)械，冶金，大專院校，科研院所等各領(lǐng)域用來(lái)測(cè)定對(duì)塑料、尼龍、橡膠、玻璃鋼、復(fù)合塑料管材、電氣絕緣材料等非金屬材料的沖擊韌性值和檢驗(yàn)材料的抗沖擊能力。
該機(jī)采用德國(guó)西門(mén)子PLC進(jìn)行控制，通過(guò)高精度光學(xué)編碼器進(jìn)行仰角數(shù)據(jù)采集，利用上位機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)置和數(shù)據(jù)顯示，自動(dòng)對(duì)不同的錘頭進(jìn)行摩擦損耗校準(zhǔn)和計(jì)算并保存數(shù)值，自動(dòng)計(jì)算沖擊強(qiáng)度并可以對(duì)沖擊強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)打印。通過(guò)電動(dòng)釋放錘頭，具有操作使用方便，安全可靠，數(shù)據(jù)精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
