BKX52電動(dòng)機(jī)變頻調(diào)速箱可通過改變其輸出頻率來調(diào)節(jié)普通三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速，以達(dá)到生產(chǎn)工藝的要求，或?qū)崿F(xiàn)節(jié)電的目的，節(jié)電率可達(dá)
30%～60%，也可作為電動(dòng)機(jī)軟起動(dòng)控制器，也可通過傳感器、變送器等控制電路組成閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。安裝操作簡單，起動(dòng)平衡無沖擊電流（軟
起動(dòng)），電源容量大大降低，功率因數(shù)恒定，同時(shí)具備鼓掌顯示等各種功能。
由于調(diào)速變頻器的核心器件是單片微機(jī)，因此具有很強(qiáng)的功能：
1. 過電流保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、過電壓保護(hù)、欠電壓保護(hù)、瞬時(shí)停電保護(hù)和端相保護(hù)。
2. 可數(shù)字顯示或指示或指針顯示頻率、轉(zhuǎn)速以及負(fù)載率或電流等。
3. 可手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)頻率?？稍O(shè)定轉(zhuǎn)速按時(shí)間變化的工藝曲線。也可由DCS系統(tǒng)給出信號(hào)來控制其頻率。
本產(chǎn)品調(diào)速頻率為進(jìn)口元件。柜內(nèi)還裝有電流表、電壓表、自動(dòng)空氣開關(guān)、指示燈、交流接觸器、工頻變頻轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)及起動(dòng)、停止按鈕等?？?br /> 根據(jù)不同擁護(hù)的工藝要求設(shè)計(jì)，選擇器件及配制各種適當(dāng)?shù)牟僮鞣椒ā?br /> 4. 鋼管或電纜布線。
5. 符合GB3836-2000、IEC60079, GB12476.1-2000、IEC61241標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
BQX52 governor is mainly used to adjust the speed of 3-phase asynchroneous motor by converting output frequency, so as to meet with production
requirements or save electrical energy up to 30% 60%. Also it can be as soft starting controller of motor, furthermore it can be combined with sensor,
transforming device, etc, to form speed adjusting system of closed loop. Features: ease to install and operate, start in balance without shock current （soft starting）, decrease supplied power, constant power factor, fault indication.
The main components of governor is chip microprocessor, with following protections and performances:
1. Protection of over current, short-circuit, over voltage, under voltage, instantaneous de-energization and phase-failure.
2. Digital or pointer indication of frequency, rotary speed, load rate and current.
3. Manually adjusting frequency is available, able to set the characteristic curve in accordance with rotary speed accompanied by time passing, the frequency is able to be controlled as well by DCS systems sending adjusting signal.
The main components are imported. Inside is arranged ammeter, voltmeter, air circuit breaker, indicator, AC contactor, conversion switch, and buttons for starting or stopping. According to users requirement, components or operating modes can be freely chosen as possible.
4. Suitable for both steel pipe and cable wiring.
5. Suitable for GB3836-2000、 IEC60079、GB12476.1-2000、IEC61241 standard request
