Anti-ATG18/WIPI1抗體,自噬相關(guān)蛋白18抗體現(xiàn)貨 抗體溶解方法及分裝：
1、 購買抗體后，查看標(biāo)簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、 以規(guī)格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。
另：預(yù)試驗可做幾個梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。
