Rabbit Anti-MCT1/MCTS1
(monocarboxylate transporter 1)
Catalog Number : Rs-1569R
Quantity size : 0.2ml (dilute with pH 7.4 0.01 M PBS or antibody diluent )
Background: Malignant T cell amplified sequence 1 (MCTS1) is a novel gene that was identified from T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell lines and has limited homology to a region of Cyclin H. MCTS1 is novel candidate oncogene that results in a shortened G1 phase and increased rate of proliferation. Overexpression of MCTS1 in mouse fibroblasts increases the cell proliferative rate by decreasing the length of the G1 phase. Also known as: monocarboxylate transporter 1; MCT 1; MCT1; MCTS 1; MCTS1; Oncogene MCT 1 ;
Oncogene MCT1.
