   FTJ-301A全封閉自動(dòng)組織脫水機(jī)用于生物組織常規(guī)切片制作的脫水階段，能按預(yù)先設(shè)定的工作程序進(jìn)行全自動(dòng)的組織脫水工作，大量節(jié)省操作人員的工作時(shí)間，提高工作效率和工作質(zhì)量。該產(chǎn)品主要用于的病例診斷、醫(yī)科院校的教學(xué)和生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)等單位。全封閉脫水機(jī)打破傳統(tǒng)的脫水模式，組織始終處于處理缸中，試劑和組織始終處于封閉狀態(tài)，環(huán)保、安全是脫水機(jī)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

    該產(chǎn)品是利用液體泵將處理缸抽真空，使溶劑被吸入處理缸對(duì)組織進(jìn)行脫水，通過(guò)電器控制旋轉(zhuǎn)電磁閥，依次經(jīng)過(guò)10種處理液對(duì)組織脫水，然后經(jīng)過(guò)3次石蠟浸入，后經(jīng)過(guò)3中溶劑的清洗完成整個(gè)脫水過(guò)程。電器部分采用人工控機(jī)控制，觸摸屏顯示，高級(jí)語(yǔ)言編程，人機(jī)界面友好，操作簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué)，有多套處理程序和清洗程序可供選擇，處理過(guò)程實(shí)時(shí)地動(dòng)畫(huà)顯示，清晰明了。

    The product is used for making conventional sections of biological tissue dewatering stage, full automatic tissue dehydration work according to the preset working procedure and save a lot of working hours of operation personnel, improve the efficiency and quality of work. This product is mainly used in the case diagnosis of the hospital, medical colleges and universities teaching and biomedical research institutions and other units.     The product is using liquid pump will handle the cylinder vacuum, solvent is sucked into the cylinder of tissue dehydration, according to the electrical control rotary solenoid valve, followed by 10 kinds of treatment solution for dehydration of tissue and immersed in paraffin after three times, finally after 3 solvent cleaning to completed the whole process of desiccation. Electrical part adopts manual control machine control, touch screen display, high-level language programming, friendly man-machine interface, easy and simple operation, multiple sets of processing and cleaning procedures for selection and processing of real-time animation display, clarity.
