JMQB5×6-10剪切泵專門用于剪切鉆井液的聚合物和粘土。鉆井液系統(tǒng)中的聚合物(或粘土)應(yīng)提前充分地剪切改善性能后再進(jìn)入鉆井液系統(tǒng)，其效果才能充分發(fā)揮。如聚合物(或粘土)沒被充分剪切，在次循環(huán)中振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)就可能被堵塞，從而損失大量聚合物，鉆井液中的大尺寸的固相顆粒難以除掉，鉆井成本增加;同時(shí)，在鉆井液中，如聚合物(或粘土)沒被充分剪切，鉆井液會(huì)產(chǎn)生許多“魚眼”，從而傷害地層，使地層滲透率降低，油氣層減產(chǎn)。實(shí)際使用證明，JMQB5×6-10剪切泵具有優(yōu)良的性能，它能為高分子聚合物(或粘土)迅速水合提供高度的剪切，解決聚合物(或粘土)在鉆井液中因水合不好而存在的突出問題。同時(shí)，JMQB5×6-10剪切泵能使聚合物用量減少15%以上，膨潤(rùn)土用量減少30%以上，并且能減少泥餅和液流損失，降低鉆井液剪切比速率，提高凝膠強(qiáng)度，從而達(dá)到了國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品的水平。另外，通過設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)，其軸封結(jié)構(gòu)更可靠，使用維護(hù)也更方便。
The JMQB5×6-10 Shear Pump generation is uniquely design pump for shearing polymers and clays. To improve the drill fluid properties, the polymers or clays should be highly sheared before adding to the drill fluid system, If not sheered, the polymers maybe jam the strainer and will result in losing amount of polymer and increasing drilling costs, and the large-size solids in the drill fluid will harden and difficult to clear away as well. The JMQB5×6-10 shear pump has proven best for applying the high shear necessary to hydrate polymers and clays and to their best properties. Using the JMQB5×6-10 Shear Pump reduces the bentonite clay needed by 33% or more and polymer needed by 15% or more. It also improves fluid loss and filter cake, builds gel strength, and low shear rate viscosity to better hold up solids. With reliable shaft seal structure and more convenient in operation and maintenance, it comes up to advanced world standards in the same products.

■ 原理 Principle of Operation
●JMQB5×6-10剪切泵密封采用了非?？煽康膹?fù)合密封，保證無泄漏。泵內(nèi)部配有一個(gè)300mm不銹鋼渦輪及一個(gè)剪切板，渦輪上有導(dǎo)葉、主葉輪、44個(gè)噴嘴、4個(gè)收集室，能夠產(chǎn)生超過25.4m/s的小端剪切(液體剪切)。當(dāng)液流通過剪切泵時(shí)，有一半(50%)的液體在渦輪收集室的強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)下將被剪切兩次。本泵安裝在一專用底座上，并用皮帶輪、窄V帶和55KW防爆電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng);與泵配套使用的還有一個(gè)尺寸適合的混合漏斗，與泵組成一個(gè)完善的剪切及水合作用系統(tǒng)。由于該泵軸封的改進(jìn)，其使用壽命大大提高。
The JMQB5×6-10 shear pump adopts a set of compound seal for no leakage at stuffing box. Inside pump is a 300series stainless steel turbine containing 44 nozzles, four scoops and shear plate. Fifty(50)% of the fluid is sheared twice each time through the pump. This turbine shear pump is mounted on a special base with belts and sheaves to drive pump, OSHA type belt guard and a 75HP(55KW)1800RPM EXPLON PEROOF U/L approved electric motor, 460 volt, 3 phase 60 cycle. Included is a special hopper(ZHP150) with nozzle sized for this application and one mud kit as a package in order to build a complete shear and hydration system. The pump is designed to give longer service life through the improved shaft seal.
