石英砂濾料的應用

石英砂是重要的工業(yè)礦物原料,廣泛用于污水處理、飲用水處理、循環(huán)水處理、玻璃、鑄造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶煉硅鐵、冶金熔劑、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡膠、磨料等工業(yè)??善\,火車運輸。


石英砂濾料具體用途表現為:

石英砂加工流程

工業(yè)上的石英砂原料品位越來越低,為滿足工業(yè)上的需求,可以通過選礦工藝提高其品位。

主要有以下一些提純方法:

1、擦洗脫泥。擦洗是指借助機械力和砂粒間的磨剝力來除去石英砂表面的薄膜鐵、粘結及泥性雜質礦物和進一步擦碎未成單體的礦物集合體,再經分級作業(yè)達到進一步提純石英砂的效果。目前主要有棒磨擦洗和機械擦洗。影響擦洗效果的主要因素為擦洗機的結構特點及配置形式;次要因素為擦洗時間、擦洗濃度(擦洗濃度一般以50%—60%為宜)。

2、磁選。磁選主要用于除去石英砂中的磁性礦物,如可以通過強磁性機除去赤鐵礦、褐鐵礦、黑云母等弱磁性礦物,而強磁性礦物如磁鐵礦則可以通過弱磁選機除去。

3、浮選。浮選用于除去石英砂中的長石、云母等一些磁選無法除去的雜質,進一步提高其純度。

4、酸浸。酸浸是利用石英不溶于酸(HF酸除外),而其它雜質礦物能被酸液溶解的特點,可以實現對石英的進一步提純。

5、微生物浸出。是指利用微生物浸除石英砂顆粒表面的薄膜鐵或浸染鐵,這是新近發(fā)展起來的一種除鐵技術。
