PRRH0175型自動柴油氧化安定性測定儀

執(zhí)行標準：按照SH/T0175餾分燃料油氧化安定性測定法（加速法）的標準要求設(shè)計制造的。

適用范圍：適用于在加速氧化條件下中間餾分燃料油固有安定性能的測定。方法概要：將已過濾的350ml試樣，在通入氧氣連續(xù)鼓泡和95℃溫度下老化16小時，老化結(jié)束經(jīng)冷卻后，測定試樣形成的總不溶物含量，以mg/100ml表示。

性能特點：本儀器由加熱水浴，冷卻暗箱，控制系統(tǒng)組成。全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，耐腐蝕。單片機控制系統(tǒng)，控制全過程，達到"免看守"狀態(tài)。水位自動保護系統(tǒng)，保證實驗中的水位高度。能自動完成注入、恒溫、冷卻、氧化過程、報警、全程監(jiān)測等工作，操作人員可以在"啟動——免看守"的操作模式下工作，完成標準規(guī)定的氧化——冷卻全過程。具有故障診斷功能，一旦出現(xiàn)故障，立即自動報警，儀器自動采取安全保護措施。其功能有恒溫浴超溫保護、恒溫浴水位保護、加熱器保護等，為儀器的安全操作提供了可靠保證。本儀器設(shè)計、自動化程度高、操作簡便等特點。

PRRH0175 automatic diesel oxidation stability tester

Executive standard: designed and manufactured according to SH/T0175 Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Distillate Fuel Oil (Accelerated Method).

Scope of application: applicable to the determination of inherent stability of intermediate distillate fuel oil under accelerated oxidation conditions. Method summary: The filtered 350ml sample was subjected to continuous bubbling with oxygen and aging at 95 ℃ for 16 hours. After the aging and cooling, the total insoluble content of the sample was measured, expressed in mg/100ml.

Performance characteristics: the instrument is composed of heated water bath, cooling chamber and control system. All stainless steel construction, corrosion resistant. Single-chip microcomputer control system controls the whole process to achieve "guard free" status. Automatic water level protection system to ensure the water level in the experiment. It can automatically complete the injection, constant temperature, cooling, oxidation process, alarm, whole-process monitoring and other work. The operator can work in the operation mode of "start - no guard" to complete the whole process of oxidation - cooling specified in the standard. It has fault diagnosis function. Once a fault occurs, it will automatically alarm and the instrument will automatically take safety protection measures. Its functions include thermostatic bath over-temperature protection, thermostatic bath water level protection, heater protection, etc., providing reliable guarantee for safe operation of the instrument.
