進(jìn)口耐腐蝕化工泵泵體、泵蓋、葉輪及其輸送介質(zhì)接觸的零件均采用聚偏氟乙烯或增強(qiáng)聚丙烯模壓加工或注塑加工而成。聚偏氟乙烯塑料具有機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高,耐腐蝕性能好,是國際上應(yīng)用較廣的工程塑料之一。

使用范圍

德國漢克(HANK)耐腐蝕化工泵能滿足輸送-50℃～80℃溫度條件下的多種濃度硫酸、鹽酸、硝酸、醋酸、磷酸、鉻酸、草酸、氫氟酸和堿液、有機(jī)溶劑、氧化劑等化學(xué)介質(zhì)、是化工、氯堿、化肥、染料、試劑、農(nóng)藥、制藥、電鍍、環(huán)保等工業(yè)部門輸送不含顆粒的腐蝕性介質(zhì)的節(jié)能型泵。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

耐腐蝕化工泵為直聯(lián)式結(jié)構(gòu),由泵體及托架與電機(jī)法蘭聯(lián)接，托架支承泵體，葉輪通過軸與電機(jī)直聯(lián)。該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊、零件少、性能好。泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，自吸入口向電機(jī)方向看為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，泵出口垂直向上。泵的密封，選用聚四氟乙烯(F4)波紋管，外裝式耐腐蝕機(jī)械密封。
