Product introduction:

三、使用方法：
★將預(yù)先脫水的試樣加熱溶化，加熱溫度不得高于試樣估計(jì)軟化點(diǎn)90℃，時(shí)間不得多于30min，充分?jǐn)嚢柽^(guò)篩后注入盛樣皿內(nèi)。其深度至少應(yīng)超過(guò)預(yù)期針入度值約10mm放置于15－39℃的室溫中冷卻1h，冷卻時(shí)應(yīng)注意不應(yīng)有灰塵落入。
★將盛樣皿浸入盛滿清水的水槽中，保溫1－1.5h，水溫保持25±0.5℃，水面應(yīng)高于試驗(yàn)表面25mm以上。
★調(diào)整針入度儀，使之水平（必要時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)附加砝碼的重量）用手撳下釋放按鈕，提起標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針針桿，使針桿頂端面與百分表接觸頭接觸。
★盛樣皿保溫1－1.5h后取出并放入水溫嚴(yán)格控制為25℃的平底保溫皿中，試樣表面以上的水層高度應(yīng)不少于10mm，將保溫皿置于針入度儀的圓形工作臺(tái)上，調(diào)節(jié)工作臺(tái)，使試樣表面與針尖恰好接觸（如調(diào)節(jié)工作臺(tái)不夠，可用調(diào)節(jié)螺母調(diào)節(jié)杠架與之配合），將百分表指針對(duì)零。

★每次試驗(yàn)前，都應(yīng)檢查并調(diào)節(jié)保溫皿內(nèi)的水溫，試驗(yàn)后都應(yīng)將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針取下用浸有溶劑（汽油）的棉花或布拭凈，再用棉花或布擦干。

★ Immerse the sample container in a water tank filled with fresh water, keep it warm for 1-1.5 hours, keep the water temperature at 25 ± 0.5 ℃, and the water surface should be more than 25mm above the test surface.

★ Adjust the penetrometer to make it level (adjust the weight of additional weight if necessary). Press the release button with your hａnd to lift the standard needle bar so that the top surface of the needle bar contacts the dial contact head.

★ After the sample container is kept warm for 1-1.5 hours, the supplier Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co Ltd. takes it out and puts it in a flat-bottomed insulated dish whose water temperature is strictly controlled at 25 ° C. The height of the water layer above the surface of the sample should be not less than 10mm. Place the holding dish on the circular table of the penetrometer, adjust the table so that the surface of the sample just touches the tip of the needle (if the table is not adjusted, you can use the adjusting nut to adjust the lever bracket to match it). Pointer to zero.

★ Turn the time switch to the time (5s or 60s) position of the sample, press the start button, and the solenoid will pull the standard needle into the sample freely until the red light is on (at this time, Indicates that the standard needle has penetrated into the sample for 5s or 60s, and the electromagnet automatically releases the spring to tighten the needle bar so that the needle bar no longer drops), press the dial indicator contact and the standard needle The top surface of the outer rod is in contact. At this time, the number indicated by the pointer of the dial indicator is the penetration of the sample.

★ Repeat the test at least three times for the same sample, and the distance between each penetration point and the edge of the sample container shall not be less than 10mm. The average value of each test result is the test result of this sample.

★ Before each test, check and adjust the water temperature in the insulation dish. After the test, remove the standard needle and wipe it with cotton or cloth soaked with solvent (gasoline), then wipe it with cotton or cloth.

四、安裝與調(diào)試
★新儀器開(kāi)箱后，應(yīng)按裝箱單檢查配件是否齊全，有無(wú)損壞。將針入度儀主機(jī)放在水平的平臺(tái)上，接通電源，按住<手動(dòng)>鍵使電磁鐵吸合，將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針的連桿插入傳感器的孔內(nèi)，放開(kāi)<手動(dòng)>鍵。把標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針與連桿聯(lián)接即可。
★開(kāi)箱后，檢查是否因運(yùn)輸而發(fā)生故障。
★按裝箱清單檢查是否缺件，及時(shí)通知本公司銷(xiāo)售部或銷(xiāo)售商。
★將電源插上，打開(kāi)電源，此時(shí)顯示屏顯示儀器名稱后進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)界面。
★為確保檢測(cè)精度，通電15S后，按下儀器的<手動(dòng)>鍵,此時(shí)針桿組件應(yīng)能自由落下。
★調(diào)整儀器水平方法如下：轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)支角，使水平泡中氣泡處于中位置，此時(shí)，工作平面已處于水平位置。
Fourth, installation and commissioning

Just connect the standard needle to the connecting rod.

★ After unpacking, check if there is any malfunction due to transportation.

★ Check for missing parts according to the packing list, and notify the sales department or the seller of the company in time.

★ Plug in the power and turn on the power. At this time, the display shows the instrument name and enters the test interface.

★ To ensure the detection accuracy, press the key of the instrument after the power is turned on for 15 seconds. At this time, the needle bar assembly should be able to fall freely.

★ The method of adjusting the level of the instrument is as follows: Turn and adjust the supporting angle so that the bubbles in the horizontal bubble are in the middle position. At this time, the working plane is already in the horizontal position.
