Horizontal mortar mixer is suitable for the construction scientific research and construction company and the laboratory of dry powder mortar factory. It can mix dry powder mortar and ordinary concrete. It can also be used in other industries to test equipment for mixing different materials.

三、結(jié)構(gòu)：

由拌筒、加料和卸料機(jī)構(gòu)、傳動機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架和支承裝置組成。

砂漿攪拌機(jī)通過軸與傳動機(jī)構(gòu)連接的動力機(jī)構(gòu)帶動的滾筒，在滾筒筒體上裝圍繞滾筒筒體設(shè)置的齒圈，傳動軸上設(shè)置與齒圈嚙合的齒輪，來實(shí)現(xiàn)攪拌工作。砂漿攪拌機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、合理，采用齒輪、齒圈嚙合后，可有效克服雨霧天氣時，托輪和攪拌機(jī)滾筒之間的打滑現(xiàn)象；采用的傳動機(jī)構(gòu)可進(jìn)一步保證消除托輪和攪拌機(jī)滾筒之間的打滑現(xiàn)象

Structure of horizontal mortar mixer

It consists of a mixing drum, a feeding and discharging mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a frame and a supporting device.

The mortar mixer is driven by a drum driven by a power mechanism connected to the transmission mechanism. The drum cylinder is provided with a ring gear arranged around the drum cylinder, and the transmission shaft is provided with a gear meshing with the ring gear to achieve the stirring work. The structure of the mortar mixer is simple and reasonable. After the gears and ring gears are engaged, it can effectively overcome the slippage between the supporting roller and the mixer roller in rainy and foggy weather; the transmission mechanism can further ensure that the slipping between the supporting roller and the mixer roller is eliminated phenomenon
