該細(xì)胞是Jurkat-FHCRC細(xì)胞株(Jurkat細(xì)胞株的衍生)的一個(gè)克隆。生長(zhǎng)方式為懸浮生長(zhǎng),生長(zhǎng)速度較快,使用1640培養(yǎng)液培養(yǎng)。顯微鏡下觀察,正常細(xì)胞狀態(tài)為圓潤(rùn)透亮,似魚卵。
Jurkat細(xì)胞株來(lái)源于一個(gè)14歲男孩的外周血;經(jīng)弗波酯和外源凝集素或抗T3單克隆抗體中的一種誘導(dǎo)后可產(chǎn)生大量IL-2(IL-2的產(chǎn)生需兩種類型的誘導(dǎo)劑);表達(dá)T細(xì)胞受體、CD3。
