Hep-3b細(xì)胞建系于1979年，源自一位患有肝癌的7歲黑人男童。該細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生甲胎蛋白（alpha-fetoprotein)、乙肝表面抗原（BHsAg)、白蛋白、巨球蛋白、α-抗（alphal-antitrypsin)、轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白、補(bǔ)體（C3)、C3活性載體，纖維原等，具有廣泛的研究?jī)r(jià)值。
