一.定義Definition：

休止角是指粉體堆積層的自由斜面在靜止的平衡狀態(tài)下，與水平面所形成的角

二.工作原理principle：

休止角常用的方法是固定圓錐法（亦稱殘留圓錐法）。固定圓錐法將粉體注入到某一有限直徑的圓盤(pán)中心上，直到粉體堆積層斜邊的物料沿圓盤(pán)邊緣自動(dòng)流出為止，停止注入，測(cè)定休止角。

三.特點(diǎn)Characteristics：

測(cè)試粉末和顆粒通過(guò)漏斗的時(shí)間和形成的角度，測(cè)試前進(jìn)行預(yù)堆積，從而已知樣品量，將已知質(zhì)量粉末從漏斗流出而形成的堆積角，以及流出所需要的時(shí)間；可以獲得休止角和流速數(shù)據(jù)。

用休止角評(píng)價(jià)粉體的流動(dòng)性能，只能表示流動(dòng)性的好壞，或者用于比較同種粉體因水分和粒度等引起的流動(dòng)性差別。

四.適用范圍scope of application：

用于制藥、工業(yè)化學(xué)、洗滌、科研院校、質(zhì)檢機(jī)構(gòu)等等相關(guān)粉末粉體及顆粒材料之檢測(cè)；可以提供粉體儲(chǔ)藏性質(zhì)的變化在料倉(cāng)中儲(chǔ)存情況等。
