六、進(jìn)口蒸汽管道減壓閥安裝說(shuō)明書(shū)
1、蒸汽管道減壓閥安裝前必須對(duì)管路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行沖洗清理。以防焊渣，氧化皮等贓物流入閥內(nèi)，影響閥門(mén)正常工作。
2、蒸汽管道減壓閥應(yīng)安裝在便于操作和維修的地方，并且必須直立安裝在水平管道上，應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上箭頭所示方向一致，切勿反裝。
3、蒸汽管道減壓閥在安裝使用時(shí)，應(yīng)把旁通管道的截止閥打開(kāi)，排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水的混合物，以防減壓閥開(kāi)啟時(shí)產(chǎn)生水圾現(xiàn)象損壞減壓閥，當(dāng)無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象后，按順時(shí)針?lè)较蚓徛D(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，將出口壓力調(diào)至所需的壓力(以閥后表壓為準(zhǔn))，調(diào)整后，將鎖緊螺母背緊，擰上防護(hù)罩。

Sixth, the import steam pipe pressure reducing valve installation instructions
1. The steam pipeline pressure relief valve must be flushed and cleaned before installation. In order to prevent the welding slag, oxide scale and other sputum from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.
2. The steam pipe pressure reducing valve should be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed upright on the horizontal pipe. It should be noted that the flow direction of the medium in the pipe is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and must not be reversed.
3. When installing and using the steam line pressure reducing valve, the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe should be opened to eliminate the mixture of condensed water and soda water in the pipeline to prevent the garbage valve from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. When there is no abnormality, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (according to the valve back pressure). 4. A filter should be installed before the steam pipe pressure reducing valve to prevent debris in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
