概述Overview
AR-SP燒結(jié)板除塵器是艾爾環(huán)保與日本日鐵礦業(yè)技術(shù)合作，由燒結(jié)板作為核心過濾元件的除塵器，具有超高過濾效率、超長使用壽命，幾乎零維護的特性，廣泛應(yīng)用于：橡膠，冶金，化工，有色金屬冶煉等行業(yè)中除塵難度較高的工段。
AR-SP sintered plate dust collector is the fruit of the technological cooperation between Nittetsu Mining and our cooperation. This dust collector ises sintered plate as the core filter element, has the distinguishing features of dramatic high filtraton efficiency, ultra-long service life and nearly non-maintenance. It is widely used in different industries:rubber, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-ferrous metal smeilting other industries with dust removal difficulty.
性能特點Performance feature
1. 超效除塵，有效去除0.1微米以上的粉塵，排放濃度＜5mg/m³。
Ultra-high efficient of dust removal, minimum particle size is only 0.1 microns, emission concentration <5mg/m³
2. 超長使用壽命，濾材耐磨損，使用壽命可達10年以上。
Ultra-long service life, service life is longer than 10years bacause of high wear resistance filter material
3. 設(shè)備阻力無變化，壓差穩(wěn)定，設(shè)備運行穩(wěn)定。
Equipment resisitance is unchanged, stable pressure difference and stable equipment operation.
4. 與濾袋除塵器相比，體積縮小可達1/2.
Compared with the filter bag dust collector, the volume of equipment can be reduced to 1/2
5. 可用于含油5%，含水10%，耐酸堿的特殊工況。
Can be used in specialworking condition such as the dust contain 5% water , or acid and alkali particles.
