產(chǎn)品介紹 Sg V is a 212 amino acid protein that is secreted by endocrine and neuroendocrine secretory granules and belongs to the 7B2 family. Existing as two alternatively spliced isoforms, Sg V interacts with PC2 and, via this interaction, functions as a molecular chaperone for PC2, effectively preventing its premature activation in regulated secretory pathways. More specifically, Sg V binds to PC2 and facilitates its transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to secretory compartments, thus allowing PC2 to be cleaved and activated during the correct phase of the regulated secretory pathway. Sg V is subject to post-translational sulfation on specific tyrosine residues and is underexpressed in medulloblastomas, suggesting a role in tumor suppression. The gene encoding Sg V maps to human chromosome 15, which houses over 700 genes and comprises nearly 3% of the human genome.
神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌顆粒蛋白5抗體儲(chǔ)存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲(chǔ)存。低溫存放不會(huì)損傷抗體活性?？贵w的工作液通常儲(chǔ)存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因?yàn)榉磸?fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物。抗體的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點(diǎn)的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因?yàn)樵?℃下此類抗體會(huì)發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
