產(chǎn)品介紹 G protein-coupled receptors (GPRs), also known as seven transmembrane receptors, heptahelical receptors or 7TM receptors, comprise a superfamily of proteins that play a role in many different stimulus-response pathways. G protein coupled receptors translate extracellular signals into intracellular signals (G protein activation) and they respond to a variety of signaling molecules, such as hormones and neurotransmitters. GPR154 (G-protein coupled receptor 154), also known as NPSR1 (neuropeptide S receptor), GPRA (G-protein coupled receptor for asthma susceptibility) or PGR14, is a 371 amino acid protein that is thought to play a role in autocrine or paracrine signaling pathways. Ubiquitously expressed, GPR154 exists as nine alternatively spliced isoforms. Defects in the gene encoding GPR154 is the cause of asthma-related traits type 2 (ASRT2). 
神經(jīng)肽S受體1/G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體154抗體儲(chǔ)存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲(chǔ)存。低溫存放不會(huì)損傷抗體活性?？贵w的工作液通常儲(chǔ)存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因?yàn)榉磸?fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物。抗體的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點(diǎn)的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過(guò)濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因?yàn)樵?℃下此類抗體會(huì)發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
