產(chǎn)品介紹：Chromatin condensation and nuclear fragmentation (CCNF) are the hallmarks of apoptosis. CCNF is triggered by the activation of members of the caspase family, caspase activated DNase (CAD/DFF40), and several novel proteins including AIF and CIDE. A new inducer of chromatin condensation was recently identified and designated Acinus (for apoptotic chromatin condensation inducer in the nucleus). Acinus is cleaved by Caspase 3 and an additional unknown protease generating a small active peptide p17, which causes chromatin condensation in vitro when it is added to purified nuclei. Acinus also induces apoptotic chromatin condensation in cells. Acinus is ubiquitously expressed. Three different spliced forms of Acinus have been identified in human and mouse and designated Acinus L (1341 amino acids), Acinus S (583 amino acids) and Acinus S' (614 amino acids)

Acinus抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。

Acinus抗體,Anti-Acinus抗體溶解方法:

方法1：我們的抗體（凍干粉）已經(jīng)包含了0.01M PBS、1% BSA和0.1% 防腐劑（疊氮鈉或*），您只需要加入滅菌的雙蒸水就行了?？贵w溶解后，置于-20℃保存，分裝后使用，避免反復(fù)凍融，可保證至少1年有效；
方法2：也可以只加入一半體積的雙蒸水，再用一半體積的甘油補(bǔ)足，置于-20℃保存，這樣抗體不會(huì)凍，有利于抗體的穩(wěn)定。
后續(xù)試驗(yàn)時(shí)，再使用對(duì)應(yīng)的緩沖液稀釋成工作液，即用即配。
我們的抗體（凍干粉），在常溫放置下，至少一個(gè)月有效；若在-20℃下保存（*），至少三年有效。
Antibodies are prepared with 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 0.1% Sodium Azide, prior to lyophilization. Currently, we offer both lyophilized and reconstituted antibodies, both resulting in final concentration of 1mg/mL. We recommend two ways to reconstitute antibodies in lyophilized form:
1) Reconstituting by directly adding 100uL of sterile, distilled water.
2) Alternatively, if glycerol does not affect the experiment, add 50uL sterile distilled water, followed by adding 50uL of glycerol.
