生豬養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)地處偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)，目前生豬養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模為1萬(wàn)頭，養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)廢水（豬糞水和豬欄沖洗水）集中排放，其排放水量為100m3/d。針對(duì)養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)廢水有機(jī)物、氨氮濃度高，水質(zhì)波動(dòng)范圍大，水力沖擊負(fù)荷強(qiáng)等水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)，并結(jié)合養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)周邊實(shí)際地形和可用地情況，確定采用EGSB（顆粒膨脹污泥床）—A/O—MBR工藝處理

本工程主體上采用厭氧結(jié)合好氧的處理方式，養(yǎng)豬廢水集中收集進(jìn)入篩網(wǎng)池去除雜質(zhì)及大顆粒廢渣后進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池，利用燃燒沼氣將廢水加熱至35℃，為后續(xù)處理創(chuàng)造合適的進(jìn)水條件。

經(jīng)預(yù)處理后的廢水進(jìn)入EGSB反應(yīng)器，該反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部顆粒污泥床處于部分或全部膨脹化狀態(tài)，采用出水回流技術(shù)，反應(yīng)器內(nèi)液體具有較高的上升流速，且出水回流可稀釋硫酸鹽及其他有毒有害物質(zhì)的濃度，廢水與微生物之間可充分接觸，能承受較大的有機(jī)負(fù)荷，有效避免反應(yīng)器內(nèi)死角和短流的產(chǎn)生，對(duì)于養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)廢水具有容積負(fù)荷高、處理效率高等特點(diǎn)。

EGSB內(nèi)廢水中的蛋白質(zhì)等大分子有機(jī)物質(zhì)在厭氧菌的作用下首先分解成小分子物質(zhì)，然后小分子物質(zhì)通過(guò)甲烷菌的作用降解成CH4等物質(zhì)；EGSB出水依次進(jìn)入缺氧池和好氧池，進(jìn)一步降解有機(jī)物。然后廢水進(jìn)入MBR池進(jìn)行深度處理。MBR池出水進(jìn)入消毒池，部分污泥回流至缺氧池，經(jīng)投加二氧化氯消毒后重力流至清水池排放。

系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥經(jīng)濃縮、干化后外運(yùn)堆肥。污泥濃縮池濾液及上清液回流至調(diào)節(jié)池。

2　主要處理構(gòu)筑物及其設(shè)備參數(shù)

（1）篩網(wǎng)池。尺寸為長(zhǎng)6m×寬3m×高0．7m，有效容積9m3，地下式磚砌結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT2h。設(shè)置100目不銹鋼篩網(wǎng)1組。

（2）調(diào)節(jié)池。尺寸為長(zhǎng)8．5m×寬5m×高3m，有效容積106m3，地下式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT24h。

（3）EGSB。尺寸為￠3m×H12m，總?cè)莘e84m3，地上鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT　17h，COD容積負(fù)荷5kg/（m3·d）。EGSB主要包括布水系統(tǒng)、三相分離器、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、氣水分離系統(tǒng)以及泥水分離器。

（4）缺氧池。尺寸為長(zhǎng)4m×寬1m×高4．5m，有效容積16m3，地上式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT　3h。

（5）好氧池。尺寸為長(zhǎng)5m×寬4m×高4．5m，有效容積80m3，地上式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT　18h。設(shè)曝氣系統(tǒng)1套，￠150組合填料60m3。

（6）MBR池。尺寸為長(zhǎng)4m×寬3m×高4m，地上式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT7h。設(shè)平板式MBR膜處理裝置1套，處理量為4．2m3/h；出水抽吸泵2臺(tái)，污泥泵2臺(tái)，1用1備，單泵Q=5m3/h，H=10m，N=0．75kW。

（7）消毒池。尺寸為長(zhǎng)2m×寬1．5m×高4m。半地下式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，HRT2h。設(shè)二氧化氯發(fā)生器1臺(tái)，產(chǎn)氯量100g/h，N=1kW。

3　工藝調(diào)試運(yùn)行

整個(gè)工程調(diào)試的關(guān)鍵在于EGSB和MBR池的啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行效果，因此這兩個(gè)反應(yīng)器的啟動(dòng)調(diào)試尤為關(guān)鍵。

3．1　EGSB調(diào)試啟動(dòng)

EGSB調(diào)試啟動(dòng)過(guò)程可分為接種污泥、污泥馴化、負(fù)荷提高和滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行4個(gè)階段。接種污泥取自附近污水處理廠的消化污泥并添入少量顆粒污泥（取自附近養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)廢水處理站穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行3個(gè)月的EGSB反應(yīng)器，約占污泥總量的1/6）；污泥馴化期內(nèi)采用間歇進(jìn)水，適當(dāng)投加蔗糖及啤酒等作為碳源，啟動(dòng)負(fù)荷為1kgCOD/（m3·d），控制進(jìn)水水溫、pH 分別在35℃、6．5～7．5，回流比為1∶1；運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后，此時(shí)反應(yīng)器對(duì)于COD的去除率達(dá)到60％，逐步提高進(jìn)水負(fù)荷，依次為2kgCOD/（m3·d）、3kg－COD/（m3·d）、4kgCOD/（m3·d）、5kgCOD/（m3·d）。運(yùn)行期間定期監(jiān)測(cè)出水COD、VFA等指標(biāo)。

zui終反應(yīng)器COD容積負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定在5kgCOD/（m3·d）左右，進(jìn)水COD 在4　500mg/L左右，相應(yīng)去除率在80％左右。此時(shí)觀察可知，反應(yīng)器內(nèi)顆粒污泥多為黑色，相較于啟動(dòng)初期粒徑和密度都有所增加，大部分直徑為1．2～4．9mm。

3．2　MBR調(diào)試啟動(dòng)

MBR調(diào)試啟動(dòng)可分為接種馴化、提高負(fù)荷和連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行3個(gè)階段。接種污泥為附近污水處理廠剩余污泥（含水率約為80％），在MBR池內(nèi)注滿2/3污水，每天適當(dāng)投加尿素、磷酸鹽等營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)，控制膜池水溫在25℃；采用膜通量遞增的方式進(jìn)水，逐步提高至設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)荷。提高負(fù)荷階段應(yīng)定期觀察活性污泥生物相、上清液透明度等情況，定期測(cè)定MLSS和進(jìn)、出水COD 濃度，并控制DO 在2～4mg/L。經(jīng)10d調(diào)試運(yùn)行后，zui終達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求并開(kāi)始連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
