瓊脂糖 SFR(TM)，高分辨率物性 ：   It is a high resolution sieving agarose with unsurpassed clarity. It rivals acrylamide in its ability to resolve DNA fragments less than 1,000bp. DNA bands differing in size by 2% can be resolved in the range of 200-1,000 bp. It is suitable for the analysis of AFLP’s, STR’s and tetranu-cleotide repeats. Gel strength(1.5%) >500 g/cm2. Melting range(1.5%) 65-69℃. DNase, RNase & Protease None Detected.
