丹富斯平衡閥工作原理與安裝

平衡閥是在水力工況下，起到動態(tài)、靜態(tài)平衡調(diào)節(jié)的閥門。如：靜態(tài)平衡閥，動態(tài)平衡閥。靜態(tài)平衡閥亦稱平衡閥、雙位調(diào)節(jié)閥等，它是通過改變閥芯與閥座的間隙(開度)，來改變流經(jīng)閥門的流動阻力以達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)流量的目的，其作用對象是系統(tǒng)的阻力，能夠?qū)⑿碌乃堪凑赵O(shè)計計算的比例平衡分配，各支路同時按比例增減，仍然滿足當(dāng)前氣候需要下的部份負(fù)荷的流量需求，起到熱平衡的作用。

丹富斯平衡閥的安裝說明:

既然安裝平衡閥是為了更好的供暖，就不存在反裝的問題。如果是反裝，就是人為的錯誤，當(dāng)然就會糾正。平衡閥屬于調(diào)節(jié)閥范疇，丹富斯平衡閥它的工作原理是通過改變閥芯與閥座的間隙(即開度)，改變流體流經(jīng)閥門的流通阻力，達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)流量的目的。平衡閥相當(dāng)于一個局部阻力可以改變的節(jié)流元件，對不可壓縮流體，由流量方程式可得。

    Kv為平衡閥的閥門系數(shù)。它的定義是：當(dāng)平衡閥前后差壓為1bar(約1kgf/cm2)時，流經(jīng)平衡閥的流量值(m3/h)。平衡閥全開時的閥門系數(shù)相當(dāng)于普通閥門的流通能力。

    如果平衡閥開度不變，則閥門系數(shù)Kv不變，也就是說閥門系數(shù)Kv由開度而定。通過實測獲得不同開度下的閥門系數(shù)，平衡閥就可做為定量調(diào)節(jié)流量的節(jié)流元件。

    在管網(wǎng)平衡調(diào)試時，用軟管將被調(diào)試的平衡閥的測壓小閥與智能儀表連接，儀表可顯示出流經(jīng)閥門的流量值(及壓降值)，經(jīng)與儀表人機對話，向儀表輸入該平衡閥處要求的流量值后，儀表通過計算、分析、得出管路系統(tǒng)達(dá)到水力平衡時該閥門的開度值。

    1.不應(yīng)隨意變動平衡閥開度管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)安裝完畢，并具備測試條件后，使用智能儀表對全部平衡閥進(jìn)行調(diào)試整定，并將各閥門開度鎖定，使管網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)水力工況平衡。在管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)正常運行過程中，不應(yīng)隨意變動平衡閥的開度，特別是不應(yīng)變動開度鎖定裝置。

    2.不必再安裝截止閥。在檢修某一環(huán)路時，可將該環(huán)路上的平衡閥關(guān)閉，此時平衡閥起到截止閥截斷水流的作用，檢修完畢后再回復(fù)到原來鎖定的位置。因此安裝了平衡閥，就不必再安裝截止閥。

    3.系統(tǒng)增設(shè)(或取消)環(huán)路時應(yīng)重新調(diào)試整定在管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中增設(shè)(或取消)環(huán)路時，除應(yīng)增加(或關(guān)閉)相應(yīng)的平衡閥之外，原則上所有新設(shè)的平衡閥及原有系統(tǒng)環(huán)路中的平衡閥均應(yīng)重新調(diào)試整定(原環(huán)路中支管平衡閥不必重新調(diào)整)。

2. Don't have to install globe valve. In the overhaul of a loop, the loop on the balancing valve can be closed, at this time have the effect of cutting cut-off valve flow balancing valves, reply again after the repair to the original lock position. So the balance valve installation, just don't have to install cut-off valve.

3. The system to add (or cancel) the loop should be readjusted when added in the setting in the pipe network system (or cancel) loop, in addition to increase (or close) corresponding balance valve, in principle, all new balance valve and balancing valve shall be in the original system loop to debug setting (branch in loop of the balancing valve don't have to readjust).
