研究人員比較了缺乏p75NTR基因的小鼠與正常小鼠，發(fā)現(xiàn)那些缺乏p75NTR基因的老鼠當(dāng)喂食正常飲食時(shí)，對(duì)培養(yǎng)基胰島素更敏感。然后他們利用一些分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)阻止脂肪細(xì)胞中p75NTR蛋白的作用。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)葡萄糖的吸收增加了。相反，當(dāng)他們使得脂肪細(xì)胞表達(dá)更多的p75NTR時(shí)，葡萄糖的吸收減少。此外研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)另一個(gè)重要調(diào)節(jié)分子Rab5在p75NTR調(diào)控代謝過程中起到了關(guān)鍵作用。p75NTR在調(diào)節(jié)培養(yǎng)基糖代謝的作用表明未來治療藥物的新靶標(biāo)，我們確定p75NTR在培養(yǎng)基糖代謝過程發(fā)揮*的作用。靶向p75NTR的治療手段可能會(huì)是將來一種新的糖尿病治療方法。
