HVC-30A1/D1維氏硬度計(jì)

    HVC系列程控維氏硬度計(jì)有六種型號:分別為10kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)、30kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)、50kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)，是采用精密機(jī)械和傳感器及光、電、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件程序控制相結(jié)合的新型硬度測試儀。該硬度計(jì)改變了傳統(tǒng)硬度計(jì)用砝碼重量作為試驗(yàn)力加載的方式，從而簡化了硬度計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高了硬度計(jì)的自動(dòng)程度和綜合精度，是國內(nèi)目前的一臺(tái)用計(jì)算機(jī)控制的維氏硬度計(jì)。它可用于測試金屬的維氏或努氏硬度，通過把測量的對角線值輸入到一體化計(jì)算器，從而計(jì)算出硬度值。D型還擁有測量物鏡與壓頭自動(dòng)切換裝置。

    該硬度計(jì)應(yīng)用范圍廣，即適用于測量微小、薄形及表面滲鍍層處理后的零件，也適用于一般機(jī)械零件測試，顯微維氏硬度試驗(yàn)更能進(jìn)行材料金相組織及脆性材料的硬度測量。是工廠及質(zhì)檢部門進(jìn)行研究測試的理想的硬度測試儀器。

    HVC Series program-controlled Vickers hardness have six models: respectively for 10 kg the manual and automatic Vicker's hardness tester, 30 kg manual and automatic Vicker's hardness tester, 50 kg manual and automatic Vickers's Hardness tester, is use precision machinery、Sensors and optical, electrical, computer software program control a combination of new hardness tester. The hardness tester has changed the traditional hardness tester of the weight by weight of the load as a pilot approach, simplified the hardness tester's structure and improve the hardness tester of Automatic level and integrated precision, it is currently the most advanced with a computer control of the Vickers hardness tester in china. It can be used to test the metal Vicker's or Knoop's hardness, through the diagonal measurement of the value of integration into the calculator, thereby calculate the hardness value.Type D also owns objective magnification and indenter automatic switching devices.

    The tester is specially designed for testing minute, thin samples or parts after surface coatng or general mechanical part. For research institutes, factories labs and QC departments, Microscopic Vickers hardness test for better material microstructure and brittle hardness of measurement.this is an ideal hardness testing instrument for research or measuring purposes.
