雙層玻璃反應(yīng)釜為夾層設(shè)計(jì)，其夾層內(nèi)通溶媒，通過循環(huán)熱傳遞可對(duì)釜內(nèi)的物料做高溫或低溫反應(yīng)，可控制反應(yīng)溶媒的蒸餾與回流。玻璃反應(yīng)釜的材質(zhì)為GG17高硼硅玻璃,這是一種低膨脹率、耐高溫、高強(qiáng)度、高硬度、高透光率和高化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的特殊玻璃材質(zhì)，因其優(yōu)異的性能，該材質(zhì)所制造的反應(yīng)釜被廣泛應(yīng)用于太陽能、化工、制藥、電子行業(yè)等行業(yè)。夾層通過冷熱源(冷凍液、水、導(dǎo)熱油)循環(huán),可使內(nèi)層實(shí)現(xiàn)恒溫加熱或冷卻反應(yīng),是現(xiàn)代合成化工、生物制藥和新材料制備的理想試驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

?反應(yīng)釜釜體采用高硼硅玻璃（GG-17材質(zhì)），有優(yōu)良的物理化學(xué)性能，瓶體透明、可見反應(yīng)液料。

?主體采用不銹鋼框架+鋁合金材質(zhì)，美觀堅(jiān)固耐腐蝕。

?不銹鋼攪拌棒外包四氟，適用于多種溶劑攪拌，無污染耐腐蝕。

?防爆電機(jī)攪拌，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、力矩大、無火花、壽命長。

?聚四氟乙烯組件+機(jī)械密封、陶瓷軸承，專有技術(shù)、可保證良好的真空度且使用壽命長。

?本產(chǎn)品防爆調(diào)速器為轉(zhuǎn)速、溫度雙數(shù)顯。轉(zhuǎn)速可通過調(diào)速旋扭設(shè)定，直觀方便；

Frequency Conversion Speed Regulating Double Layer Glass Reactor

Product introduction:

The double-layer glass reactor is designed as a sandwich. The solvent is permeated in the sandwich. The material in the reactor can be reacted at high or low temperature by circulating heat transfer. The distillation and reflux of the reaction solvent can be controlled. The material of glass reactor is GG17 high borosilicate glass, which is a special glass material with low expansion rate, high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high transmittance and high chemical stability. Because of its excellent performance, the reactor made of this material is widely used in solar energy, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, electronic industry and other industries. Interlayer can be heated or cooled at constant temperature by circulating cold and heat sources (refrigerant, water and heat conducting oil). It is an ideal test and production equipment for modern synthetic chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new materials.

Product characteristics:

The reactor body is made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which has excellent physical and chemical properties, transparent bottle body and visible reaction liquid.

The main body is made of stainless steel frame + aluminium alloy, which is beautiful, strong and corrosion resistant.

Stainless steel stirring rod wrapped with tetrafluoride is suitable for stirring with various solvents, pollution-free and corrosion-resistant.

Explosion-proof motor mixing, smooth operation, high torque, no spark, long life.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) components + mechanical seals, ceramic bearings, proprietary technology, can ensure good vacuum and long service life.

The explosion-proof speed governor of this product is dual digital display of speed and temperature. Speed can be set by adjusting speed and twisting, which is intuitive and convenient.

It is also equipped with a temperature probe (PT100), which can display the temperature in the kettle.

The whole structure is compact and reasonable, with universal wheel with brake, which can move as a whole and is easy to operate.

The oblique discharging valve without dead angle glass can effectively reduce the stirring dead angle and is convenient for discharging.

This product has a vacuum display function, and can choose the best working vacuum for high boiling point materials.
