AFKOVL24110液壓油濾芯經(jīng)久耐用
液壓油濾芯主要用于液壓系統(tǒng)中油品的過(guò)濾，用以出去液壓系統(tǒng)中的顆粒雜物及橡膠雜質(zhì)，保證液壓油的清潔度，從而使液壓系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 
   液壓油濾芯保養(yǎng)方法如下：
1.換前先放掉原有液壓油，檢查回油濾芯，吸油濾芯，先導(dǎo)濾芯，看是否附有鐵屑銅屑或其他雜質(zhì)，有的話可能有液壓元件故障，檢修排除后，清洗系統(tǒng)。
2.換液壓油時(shí)須同時(shí)更換所有液壓油濾芯（回油濾芯，吸油濾芯，先導(dǎo)濾芯），否則相當(dāng)于沒(méi)換。
3.辨別液壓油標(biāo)號(hào)，不同標(biāo)號(hào)、不同品牌的液壓油不混用，可能會(huì)起反應(yīng)變質(zhì)產(chǎn)生絮狀物。*用該挖掘機(jī)用油。
4.加油前必須先裝上吸油濾芯，吸油濾芯罩著的管口直接通向主泵，進(jìn)了雜質(zhì)輕則加速主泵磨損，重則打泵。
5.加油至標(biāo)準(zhǔn)位置，液壓油箱上一般都有油位表，看液位表。注意停放方式，一般是所有油缸全部收回，即小臂、鏟斗*伸出并落地。
6.加完油后注意主泵要排空氣，否則輕則暫時(shí)全車無(wú)動(dòng)作，主泵異響（空氣音爆），重則氣穴損壞主泵。排空氣方法是直接在主泵頂部松開(kāi)管子接頭，直接加滿即可。
