Ⅰ型試塊

Ⅰ型試塊是一套四塊電鍍鎳-鉻層的黃銅板、電鍍層的厚度分別為10um、20um、30um、50um

電鍍層厚度為10um、20um、30um的試塊，用于確定熒光滲透劑系列產(chǎn)品的靈敏度。

電鍍層為30um、50um的試塊，用于確定著色滲透劑系列產(chǎn)品的靈敏度。

Ⅰ型試塊。

試塊為矩形，標(biāo)稱尺寸，長(zhǎng)度為(100±1)mm，寬度為(35±1)mm，厚度為(2±1)mm。

試塊的基材是黃銅板，其上電鍍鎳和鉻，電鍍層總厚度分別為(10±1)um,(20±1)um,(30±1)um,(50±1)um。

試塊上的人工缺陷為橫向裂紋，裂紋的寬度和深度比為1:20
