描述
Applied Biosystems? MicroAmp? 高透光度粘性蓋膜用于微孔板時(shí)，可降低孔間污染和樣品蒸發(fā)的幾率。
? 壓力敏感的粘性蓋膜對(duì)每個(gè)孔均提供了密封
? 不影響樣品讀數(shù)
? 按壓密封：對(duì)準(zhǔn)反應(yīng)板后按壓密封
? 簡(jiǎn)單易用——不會(huì)粘在手套上
防止寶貴樣品的損失
使用這種光學(xué)透明的粘性蓋膜將樣品密封于微孔板的孔內(nèi)。這將會(huì)降低樣品孔之間交叉污染的可能性，有助于確保*的實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR數(shù)據(jù)。
使用方便
只需從粘性蓋膜上撕下襯墊，將其緊緊的貼在微孔板上方即可。將微孔板疊在一起，按正常方法讀取樣品，但樣品污染的幾率更低。適用于MicroAmp? 96孔和384孔板。
