本試驗裝置適用于剛性絕緣材料、澆鑄、模塑、注塑和壓塑材料及軟膜、箔和薄片、粘帶、軟管、絕緣漆等絕緣材料在高溫高濕條件下，在直流電壓和某些物質(zhì)包括有機物質(zhì)的聯(lián)合作用下的電化腐蝕。

試驗要求：
Testing requirements:
在規(guī)定的環(huán)境條件下和在平行相距3MM的正極銅薄和負極銅薄上加上直流電位差，試樣上放置兩個試箔，在金屬箔與試樣間得到均勻良好接觸，通過圓柱形的負載管用金屬箔壓住試樣。在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)做完試驗后，通過目測法（定性分析）、抗拉強度法（定量分析）對試樣進行綜合評定。
