三、伍德燈
操作方法：

1、將伍德燈電源線連接電源，按下開關(guān)數(shù)秒后燈即亮；

3、依皮膚所呈現(xiàn)的色別，作如下判斷：

色素減退或脫失性損害如白癜風(fēng)、白色糠疹的熒光更易于與正常膚色區(qū)別;色素沉著、黃褐斑、咖啡斑的熒光明顯鮮亮；細(xì)菌如假單胞菌屬為綠色熒光；

先天性卟啉病患者牙、尿、骨髓出現(xiàn)紅色熒光；而紅細(xì)胞生成性原卟啉病患者可見強紅色熒光。局部外用藥如凡士林、水楊酸、*及角蛋白甚至肥皂的殘留物等也可有熒光，應(yīng)注意鑒別。

四、注意事項：

1、在使用之前，應(yīng)用按摩刷把皮膚表面清潔干凈。
