蒸汽排放消聲器(消音器系列 SILENCER SERIES)　

本公司生產(chǎn)的XSQ系列消聲器可滿足各種參數(shù)鍋爐向空排汽、安全閥排汽及鍋爐送風機進口的降噪消聲要求，同時也廣泛用于石油、化工、冶金、紡織等工業(yè)的鍋爐蒸汽排放及其他氣體消聲排放，使之達到工業(yè)企業(yè)噪聲標準要求。其特點如下：

1、采用多級消聲，消聲量大，排汽消聲器35~40分貝；放空消聲器可達25~30分貝。

2、體積小，重量輕，安裝簡便，易維護。

3、XSO系列，筒體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼或碳鋼，具有足夠高的強度和耐腐蝕性。

4、能單獨固定、吸收排汽管道的垂直及水平熱位移，使排汽管道不因消聲器的安裝而受到額外的荷載，保證排汽管道在熱能工作下的安全性。

1. 采用了抗、噴、阻的消聲原理，以大孔擴容降壓保證安全門排汽順暢，多層次穿孔吸聲；

蒸汽排放消聲器“安裝須知” Installation notes

1. 應(yīng)垂直于爐頂安裝，如圖所示，用型鋼支架將消聲器固定支座或落地支腿與爐頂相固定；

Should be installed perpendicular to the top, as shown in the figure, the muffler fixed bearing or landing leg and the top is fixed with steel support;

2. 為增加爐頂高空的抗風能力，對于體形較大消聲器應(yīng)采用支承式，及在消聲器前的排汽管裝一段膨脹彎管以吸收熱脹。

3. 下部的排水口應(yīng)暢通接到地溝，不應(yīng)裝配閥門。

4. 在爐頂平臺，對于TA、TB、TD系列通孔型抗噴阻消聲器及FHX系列復合式消聲器排汽出口在頂部，應(yīng)用薄板(不銹鋼板、鍍鋅鋼板)制作防雨罩一只及周邊加裝防護網(wǎng)罩。

5. 安全閥或排汽閥與消聲器這間的排汽管道上應(yīng)沒有疏水點。

6. 對于PA系列小孔消聲器，安裝前應(yīng)以防小孔堵塞，如新裝的鍋爐或恢復性檢修，投入運行前應(yīng)先安裝吹管集粒器，沖管消聲器對管路系統(tǒng)進行吹管，清除管道內(nèi)的雜物。
