Meantime we have set up a complete after-scale service system.
Service system:
l Headquarter service center: the headquarter after-scale service department is the manager of after-scale service. It’s in charge of making after-scale service rules and principles, training, supervising and managing the employers of region and local service centers. And also deal with users’ complaint and consultations, and online technology support, etc.
l Region service center: in Beijing, Wulumuqi, Zhengzhou, Lanzhou and Huhehaote, there are region service centers and warehouse. Provide 24-hour service, supervise and check in their regions.
l Local service center: there are 5 technology service centers in China. They have accessories and professional maintaining persons. Serve the local projects and products.
l Technology support of foreign company: foreign companies set up office in Beijing and Engineers provide technology support, train employees and answer questions for their own products.

Accessories providing
In every working period, especially in harvest and seeding season, we can send wearing and broken spare parts to users directly in time, even to users’ fields. Wherever your machines are, you can find and solve the problem through our training information and after-scale service CDs. For the problems that users can’t solve, they can deal with them by calling our technology service or asking them to the fields.
Now there are three million accessories in warehouse and one small traction maize ensilage accessory warehouse-- German CLAAS accessory & machine warehouse, In German CLAAS accessory & machine warehouse, there are accessories for balers, combine harvesters, self-propelled maize ensilage machines and tractors. There are 4 CLAAS MARKANT 55 balers. All accessories can satisfy the needs in China. For the old products that are no longer sold, CLAAS still provide accessories for 25 years.
The warehouse of Beijing Hualian is the only free warehouse of France KUHN in China. Before accessories are sold, providers won’t have any cost. The inventories include accessories for mowing machines, seeders, reversible ploughs, and driving harrow. There still are 10 cutting and flatting mills. The warehouse provides accessories for 1500 machines annually in China.
As the biggest spare part provider of milking machines in the world, the accessories of Italy INTERPUS are various and full. Users in China can buy them anytime.
Our accessories are provided with the operating mode of foreign companies. It’s electronic office. Users can order them by ephone or internet. The price and maximum quantity at present will be known in 2 minutes. In general, we ensure that the products will be sent to users in 2 days by road or railway (within 1000km). If it’s emergency, users can receive accessories in several hours by air.
