氣動制動器工作原理是通過給氣動制動器的氣包里輸入有壓力的氣體,從而推動活塞做直線運(yùn)動,而達(dá)到降制動器的摩擦塊壓緊制動輪從而產(chǎn)生摩擦力而制動功能。氣動制動器靠空壓來連結(jié),靠復(fù)歸彈簧來放開,圓盤靠空氣壓沿軸方向滑動,接觸摩擦板。圓盤、摩擦板等,被組裝到輪轂上,成為一體化構(gòu)造。摩擦板可用擰開調(diào)整螺帽的方式進(jìn)行分解,交換簡單。氣動制動器是用帶楔的圓錐形軸套管往軸上安裝,擁有摩擦板可在保持機(jī)械設(shè)備原樣的情況下進(jìn)行交換的構(gòu)造??堪惭b在帶輪轂的圓盤上的冷卻片來散發(fā)因摩擦而產(chǎn)生的熱量。摩擦板是雙切口對開式,通過帶輪轂圓盤的孔,用螺絲刀把埋頭螺釘取出來后即可交換摩擦板。氣動制動器具有良好的散熱性,可廣泛應(yīng)用在包裝機(jī)械、電線電纜設(shè)備、薄頁紙及瓦楞紙等工業(yè)。
氣動制動器也成通氣剎車,意思就是有個(gè)氣飽通過通氣來施壓讓嵌口緊閉達(dá)到制動效果,這種工業(yè)使用比較廣泛。說道氣動制動器還分為常閉制動器和常開制動器,常閉制動器就是沒用工作的情況下它的嵌口是一直打開的,工作時(shí)候通氣就抱閘,就形成剎車。
