　　乳化瀝青輪碾壓試驗(yàn)儀試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備：

　　★按要求的級(jí)配比例準(zhǔn)備粗、細(xì)集料及填料，烘干。

　　★稱混合料總重量500g放入拌鍋拌勻，然后加入適量的水或添加劑水溶液拌勻，★再加入定量的乳化瀝青迅速拌勻，時(shí)間不超過(guò)1min。

　　★按要求的稀漿封層厚度選擇試模厚度，試模厚度宜比稀漿公稱大粒徑厚25%。

　　★將試模放在油毛氈上，將達(dá)到要求配比的稀漿混合料立即倒入試模中。

　　★用刮板刮平，刮掉多余的稀漿混合料。

　　★取走試模，把式樣放入60℃的烘箱中烘至恒重，一般不少于16H。取出式樣，冷卻至室溫。

　　★準(zhǔn)備好0.15-0.6mm的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砂，也可從道路施工實(shí)際用砂中篩分純?cè)摿＜?jí)的砂代替。將砂放在烘箱中加熱至82℃。

　　Test preparation for emulsified asphalt wheel rolling tester:

　　★Prepare coarse and fine aggregates and fillers according to the required grading ratio and dry.

　　★Weigh the total weight of the mixture 500g into a mixing pot and mix well,then add an appropriate amount of water or additive aqueous solution to mix well,ａnd then add a fixed amount of emulsified asphalt to mix well,the time does not exceed 1min.

　　★Select the thickness of the test mold according to the required thickness of the slurry seal.The thickness of the test mold should be 25%thicker than the nominal size of the slurry.

　　★Put the test mold on the linoleum,ａnd immediately pour the slurry mixture that reaches the required ratio into the test mold.

　　★Scrape it with a scraper to scrape off the excess slurry mixture.

　　★Remove the test mold and put the pattern in a 60°C oven to constant weight,generally not less than 16H.Remove the pattern and cool to room temperature.

　　★Standard sａnd of 0.15-0.6mm is prepared.It can also be sieved from the actual sａnd used in road construction to purify the grain-grade sand.The sａnd was heated in an oven to 82°C.

　　乳化瀝青輪碾壓試驗(yàn)儀控制器的使用：

　　先連接控制器與主機(jī)上的電機(jī)線和傳感器線插頭將電源插頭插入三相四線制得插座中，打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)，數(shù)顯計(jì)數(shù)器顯示為1000次的工作狀態(tài)，如按“SET”設(shè)定鍵計(jì)數(shù)器會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)換為100次工作狀態(tài)，軟“Δ”或是“▽”鍵可將計(jì)數(shù)設(shè)定值任意改多或改少，設(shè)定值確定后，按“啟動(dòng)”鍵，主機(jī)將進(jìn)行工作。

　　The use of emulsified asphalt wheel rolling tester controller:

　　乳化瀝青輪碾壓試驗(yàn)儀試驗(yàn)步驟：

　　★調(diào)節(jié)連接壁軸和腳輪之間的距離為61cm，輪子必須對(duì)中，保證輪子運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)框架保持平衡。

　　★將配重箱對(duì)中，保證心在輪軸的垂直方向。

　　★將清洗干凈的負(fù)荷輪放在臺(tái)秤上，這時(shí)連接臂要和框架平行。然后往配重箱加載，調(diào)節(jié)總重質(zhì)量為56.7kg。

　　★抬起輪子，把式樣對(duì)著定位銷，安裝在儀器上，用元寶螺母夾緊。

　　★把負(fù)荷輪放在式樣上。開(kāi)動(dòng)儀器使輪子在試樣上往復(fù)碾壓1000次，碾壓的頻率為44次/min，在碾壓過(guò)程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)樣品上有出現(xiàn)發(fā)粘現(xiàn)象或明顯的發(fā)亮點(diǎn)時(shí)，可撒少量水以防止輪子粘起樣品。

　　★碾壓1000次后停下儀器，卸載，取下試樣，用水把試樣表面沖洗干凈，放在60℃的烘箱中烘干至恒重。

　　★從烘箱中取出試樣并稱重(M1)，立即把樣品重新裝在儀器的原來(lái)位置上。把砂框放在樣品上對(duì)好位置，稱取200g(82℃)的熱砂導(dǎo)入砂框中迅速攤平，將鋼蓋板放在砂框中間。

　　★把負(fù)荷輪放在鋼蓋板上。開(kāi)動(dòng)儀器以相同的頻率碾壓100次。

　　★碾壓100次后停機(jī)，取下試樣，用毛刷輕輕刷去試樣上的浮砂，然后稱試樣及吸附的砂子總質(zhì)量(M2)

　　Test procedure of emulsified asphalt wheel roller tester:

　　★Adjust the distance between the connecting wall shaft and the caster to 61cm.The wheels must be centered to ensure that the frame is balanced when the wheels move.

　　★Center the weight box to ensure that the center is in the vertical direction of the axle.

　　★Place the cleaned load wheel on the platform scale.At this time,the connecting arm should be parallel to the frame.Then load it into the weight box and adjust the total weight to 56.7kg.

　　★Raise the wheel,point the pattern to the positioning pin,install it on the instrument,ａnd clamp it with ingot nuts.

　　★Put the load wheel on the pattern.Start the instrument to make the wheel roll over the sample 1000 times,ａnd the frequency of rolling is 44 times/min.If the sample is found to have stickiness or obvious bright spots during the rolling process,you can sprinkle a small amount of water Prevent the wheels from sticking to the sample.

　　★After rolling 1,000 times,stop the instrument,unload,remove the sample,rinse the surface of the sample with water,ａnd dry in a 60°C oven to constant weight.

　　★Take out the sample from the oven and weigh it(M1),ａnd immediately reinstall the sample in the original position of the instrument.Place the sａnd frame on the sample in the correct position,weigh 200g(82°C)of hot sａnd into the sａnd frame and quickly flatten it.Place the steel cover in the middle of the sａnd frame.

　　★Put the load wheel on the steel cover.Operate the instrument 100 times at the same frequency.

　　★Stop the machine after rolling 100 times,remove the sample,ａnd gently brush the floating sａnd on the sample with a brush,ａnd then weigh the total mass of the sample and the adsorbed sand(M2)

　　乳化瀝青輪碾壓試驗(yàn)儀注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★儀器使用后，應(yīng)及時(shí)關(guān)閉電源，并用支架把負(fù)荷輪架起，在進(jìn)行清潔保養(yǎng)。

　　★每3-6個(gè)月檢查變速箱內(nèi)是否缺油，以便及時(shí)加油。
