消防信號閘閥是在特制手動暗桿閘閥的基礎(chǔ)上加設(shè)電信號裝置而成。閥門除了按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計制造外，并按此閥在自動噴水滅火器系統(tǒng)安裝及使用特點，采用不銹鋼精磨閥桿及便于維護(hù)的四氟 U 型密封，并增設(shè)了的 O 型圈閥桿上密封（導(dǎo)密封）結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠確保閥門長期處于常開狀態(tài)下，閥桿不滲漏，有利于吊頂中安裝使用。
電信號裝置為全密封精密機(jī)電盒式結(jié)構(gòu)，盒內(nèi)采用不銹鋼機(jī)件及進(jìn)口電氣元件裝置設(shè)于操作手輪下方不易被碰撞的閥體壓蓋上，內(nèi)設(shè)微動形狀及推動機(jī)構(gòu)，以齒輪與固定在閘閥啟閉位置的“通”“斷”電信號。
