TL型鋼制拖鏈簡(jiǎn)介
TL系列拖鏈的主體是由鏈板（優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板鍍鋅）支撐板（擠拉鋁合金）軸銷(xiāo)（合金鋼）等部件組成，使電纜或橡膠管與拖鏈之間不產(chǎn)生相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，不產(chǎn)生扭曲變形，鏈板經(jīng)鍍鋅處理外形效果新穎，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，靈巧強(qiáng)度高，剛性好不變形，安裝方便，使用可靠，易拆裝，尤其是本產(chǎn)品采用了高強(qiáng)度耐磨材料，合金鋼為軸銷(xiāo)，提高了產(chǎn)品的耐磨強(qiáng)度，彎曲更靈活，阻力更小，降低了噪音，從而可保證長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用不變形，不下垂。
由于本產(chǎn)品外觀精美，可在較大程度上增強(qiáng)機(jī)床設(shè)備的整體藝術(shù)美觀效果，增強(qiáng)我國(guó)機(jī)床、機(jī)械設(shè)備在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
1.拖鏈可適應(yīng)移動(dòng)速度40米/分。
2.拖鏈在移動(dòng)速度時(shí)，噪聲聲壓級(jí)不大于68分貝。
3.拖鏈安全使用壽命不小于100萬(wàn)次（往復(fù)）。
TL series drag chains are mainly consisting of chain plate (top quality stainless steel with chromium plated),supporting board (extruded aluminium alloy) and pinshaft (alloy), etc. There is no relative motions between the cables/rubber hoses and the drag chains, giving no deforming or twists. The chromium plated chain board has very nice-looking appearance and has very rational construction and flexible and high strength. It is reliable and easy to operate, install, dismantal or assemble. It is worthwhile mentioning that the anti-wearing performance has been improved greatly due to wear resistant material and alloy pinshaft are used. The product is flexible to bending and has low resistance, giving low noises. It can be used for a very long period of time without any deformation or hanging down.
The product is nice-looking, which makes the machine tool unit nicer looking as a whole and makes the machine tools and machineries more competitive in the international market.
1. The drag chain can adapt to max. moving speed of 40m/sec.
2. When at the max moving speed, the sound pressure of noises shall not be greater than 68 db.
3. The service life of the drag chain shall not be less than 1 million times(reciprocating).
TL Ⅱ型拖鏈主要參數(shù)
1.拖鏈按照生產(chǎn)。
2.當(dāng)需要非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的彎曲半徑或結(jié)構(gòu)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有異的拖鏈時(shí)，可與本公司另行協(xié)議制造。
3.當(dāng)拖鏈超過(guò)允許的寬度Bmax時(shí)，可采用由三條鏈帶平行組成的復(fù)合拖鏈來(lái)完成，見(jiàn)下面圖示。

3.When the max. width Bmax is exceeded, compound type drag chains that consist of 3 chain crawlers can be used. See figure below.
拖鏈的選用
1.支撐板內(nèi)腔孔徑D1=d+0.1d（取整數(shù)）。其中d=電線、電纜、液、氣軟管的外徑。
2.根據(jù)支撐板內(nèi)腔孔徑Dmax來(lái)確定鏈板高度hg和拖鏈型號(hào)TLXX。
3.根據(jù)拖鏈功能要求來(lái)確定支撐板型式，拖鏈的彎曲半徑：
(1)當(dāng)拖鏈需承載較大管、纜負(fù)荷時(shí)，應(yīng)選用高強(qiáng)度支撐板I型(整塊式)。
(2)當(dāng)管纜的管接頭尺寸大于支撐板內(nèi)腔孔徑或須經(jīng)常拆裝、維修等時(shí)，可選用支撐II型。屬分開(kāi)式類(lèi)型支撐板。
(3)安裝管纜的規(guī)格品種較多時(shí)，可選用支撐板III型(框架式)。
4.根據(jù)安裝管纜的數(shù)量來(lái)決定支撐板寬度B1，從而可得拖鏈寬度B。
5.拖鏈?zhǔn)褂脠?chǎng)合或受環(huán)境影響時(shí)，需要采用鋼帶防護(hù)支撐板時(shí)，請(qǐng)與本公司另行提出。
帶三條鏈板的拖鏈
因?yàn)橹伟彘L(zhǎng)度為600mm-650mm，在較寬拖鏈上可以裝置一個(gè)或多個(gè)拖鏈鏈板。另外的原因是，可提高較寬的拖鏈的穩(wěn)定性，此外也可通過(guò)第三條鏈板將套管與電纜隔開(kāi)。
注：GLE型取參數(shù)D,12,e,TL型取f,j,k.
液壓管的彈性狀況
要注意，液壓管在壓力下會(huì)伸長(zhǎng)或縮短，因此，應(yīng)考慮到軟管的彈性系數(shù)，特別是在高壓及拖鏈長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)的情況下，應(yīng)引起注意。

Selection of Drag Chains
1.The hole diameter of the inner cavity of supporting board D1= d+0.1d(round number). Where, d=outside diameter of cables, wires, liquid/gas hoses.
2.The height of the supporting board and the model number TLXX of drag chains depends on the max. hole diameter of the inner cavity of the supporting.
3.The bend radius depends on the functions of the drag chains.
(1)When there is a large load from larger calibre or cables on the drag chains, high strength model I supporting board (integral) should be used.
(2)When the size of the connectors are greater than that of the hole diameter of the inner cavity of supporting board or frequent assembly or dismantal operations are required, type III supporting board (frame type) can be used.
4.The width of supporting board B1 can be decided according to the quantity of the cables installed so that the width of the drag chain B can be arrived.
5.When limited by locations or environment and if bracing board with steel straps are needed, please contact our company for solutions.
Drag chains with 3 chain board
One or more drag chain boards can be installed on a wider drag chain, because the max. length of the supporting board is 600mm-650mm. This arrangement can also improve the stability of the narrower chains. In this way, the conduit and the cables can be separated from one another by a third chain board.
Note: Parameters D,12,e be used for GLE type and f,j,k for TL type.
Elastic status for hydraulic pipes
Note that the pressure of a hydraulic pipe may extend or contract downward, so the elasticity should be taken into consideration, especially under high pressure or with long length.
