三、使用方法：
★將預先脫水的試樣加熱溶化，加熱溫度不得高于試樣估計軟化點90℃，時間不得多于30min，充分攪拌過篩后注入盛樣皿內(nèi)。其深度至少應超過預期針入度值約10mm放置于15－39℃的室溫中冷卻1h，冷卻時應注意不應有灰塵落入。
★將盛樣 皿浸入盛滿清水的水槽中，保溫1－1.5h，水溫保持25±0.5℃，水面應高于試驗表面25mm以上。
★調(diào)整針入度儀，使之水平（必要時調(diào)節(jié)附加砝碼的重量）用手撳下釋放按鈕，提起標準針針桿，使針桿頂端面與百分表接觸頭接觸。
★盛樣皿保溫1－1.5h后取出并放入水溫嚴格控制為25℃的平底保溫皿中，試樣表面以上的水層高度應不少于10mm，將保溫皿置于針入度儀的圓形工作臺上，調(diào)節(jié)工作臺，使試樣表面與針尖恰好接觸（如調(diào)節(jié)工作臺不夠，可用調(diào)節(jié)螺母調(diào)節(jié)杠架與之配合），將百分表指針對零。
★將時間開關(guān)撥至試樣所需的時間（5s或60s）檔位上，按一下開始按鈕，電磁鐵吸合使標準針自由地穿入試樣中，至紅燈亮時（此時，表示標準針穿入試樣中的時間已達5s或60s，電磁鐵自動放磁彈簧將針桿固緊，使其針桿不再下落），用手按下百分表觸頭與標準針針外桿頂端面接觸，此時百分表指針所指的數(shù)，即為試樣的針入度。

★每次試驗前，都應檢查并調(diào)節(jié)保溫皿內(nèi)的水溫，試驗后都應將標準針取下用浸有溶劑（汽油）的棉花或布拭凈，再用棉花或布擦干。

The height of the water layer above the surface of the sample should be not less than 10mm. Place the holding dish on the circular table of the penetrometer, adjust the table so that the surface of the sample just touches the tip of the needle (if the table is not adjusted, you can use the adjusting nut to adjust the lever bracket to match it). 四、安裝與調(diào)試
★新儀器開箱后，應按裝箱單檢查配件是否齊全，有無損壞。將針入度儀主機放在水平的平臺上，接通電源，按住<手動>鍵使電磁鐵吸合，將標準針的連桿插入傳感器的孔內(nèi)，放開<手動>鍵。把標準針與連桿聯(lián)接即可。
★開箱后，檢查是否因運輸而發(fā)生故障。
★按裝箱清單檢查是否缺件，及時通知本公司銷售部或銷售商。
★將電源插上，打開電源，此時顯示屏顯示儀器名稱后進入試驗界面。
★為確保檢測精度，通電15S后，按下儀器的<手動>鍵,此時針桿組件應能自由落下。
