該流量計在LT－LC型的基礎上采用可回零計數器。該計數器設有回零、累計兩組字輪，具有批量計數和總量積算之雙重功能，其特點為當用戶所實施的是間斷計量，并要分別得到計算結果，則可預先設置儀表指針及回零字輪組，顯示為零即可給出每一次計量值，可反復循環(huán)使用，而總量積算將不斷累計。
使用時，順時針旋轉字輪回零手柄，可把回零計數器數字組回到零位；撳下指針回零手柄，順時針旋轉，可把指針回到零位。使用回零計數器時不影響累、積計數器計量。
